Its very easy to use and it includes a ton of great, useful features that really help me.
Cons
When I compare it to Cliniko, the presentation there seems a bit nicer but I still favor it overall because of the extra features it provides.

Having the payment systems hooked in has been a real time-saver for me. I also find it very user-friendly, with clear instructions available for various features.
Cons
I'd appreciate having basic formatting tools inside the notes area so I can style and structure my entries.

“really made my life simpler
Pros
It has genuinely simplified my life. Its built-in tools make drafting forms and handling invoices simple and I appreciate the excellent scheduling plus claims-tracking features , overall this program delivers strong value for what I pay. The PD team and their webinars were really helpful too, they guided me through setting up my practice management from the very beginning.
Cons
Honestly I have not experienced any problems with this software , I really can't find anything to complain about!

“i like the color calendar
Pros
I really like the color-coded calendar, plus the email and text reminders and I find the ready-made templates super easy to use for every kind of communication and note-taking.
Cons
My only real con is that there's no dedicated mobile app available, which is honestly the only feature I feel the service is missing right now.

Managing appointments is simple and I really appreciate the reminders and flexibility it gives us, it's a fantastic system our whole team can use that will strengthen our record keeping.
Cons
I'd really like the app to synchronize both ways with each of our Google calendars so everything stays updated automatically.

I am really a fan of the interface and how simple it is to manage everything.
Cons
I have run into errors caused by certain browsers , I can't remember which one exactly that disrupted my sessions all day until I found fixes via Google. It would also be really helpful to have the option to share sound when I'm sharing my screen, and to include a chat during sharing so I can send links or important files for the client to keep.

It's simple for many tasks. I appreciate that the client most recently used in one admin area stays at the top of the drop-down when I move to the next (different) function without issue.
Cons
I've seen updates that supposedly improve things but actually introduce bugs and because those errors can be seen by patients or clients (for example in communication templates) it can harm our Practice's reputation. It feels like there's no proper regression testing, or if there is, it's very sloppy. Customer support has worn us down by saying problems were fixed when clearly they weren't, so now we usually don't bother reporting most issues. The reporting features are limited and it doesn't handle 'Couples' as a single client well, although other vendors struggle with this too.

how simple it is to use and by the range of automated features it offers. I also appreciate being able to trust that everything is securely consolidated in a single location and that tasks like sending invoices and following up on payments are handled so smoothly.
Cons
The telehealth component is not something I warm to but that's fine because I already use another system separately.

Power Diary has faultless usability and provides various options from a therapistadmin perspective. It makes the admin side of my business hasslefree and the quick friendly and professional customer service allows me to focus on providing handson therapy. There are numerous options available for notes forms files templates uploads emails etc. The invoices are straightforward and easy to understand. Without Power Diary transitioning to a paperfree clinic would have been more challenging. Thanks

I am not satisfied with the current design and features of the client portal. It would be better if I had more control over the branding of the portal including the booking system to ensure it aligns with my brand. It would also be beneficial if there was an option for clients to add bookings to their calendars automatically.
