Pros
I am glad that I purchased this EHR and I am not thinking of switching it any time soon. It is easy to create templates and defaults. The price of this system is very reasonable. It is easily customizable. Translation to text is fast and correct. The customer service is really good.
Cons
The system sometimes gets really slow, other than that, there arent any cons to be told.

“The Best EHR
Pros
We are so pleased that we chose Practice EHR for our practice. A true life-saver. The billing and invoices are so simple and comprehensive, equally desirable for both clinicians and patients. Coding is very simple and takes very little time compared to others. The system has helped us save hours of time and effort that was spent doing the paperwork.
Cons
Since we were using the traditional paper documentation method before this, it took us some time to make the transition and learn the system. However, the effort is more than worth the outcome!

Pros
It is cloud-based which is awesome. The system is easy to use and navigate and is user-friendly.
Cons
As it is cloud-based, you wouldnt want to lose your data plus you wouldnt want anyone else accessing the information, so make sure you secure your system with a password. Other than that there aint any negative points about it.

Pros
The best thing about Practice EHR is how easy it is to navigate with no complex interface that would require a lot of training or getting used to. Nothing is hidden or hard to reach. The system EHR has great functionalities of its own and it integrates with other software seamlessly which makes our office work run very smooth. It allows you to easily order multiple medications at the same time. I would recommend more practices to purchase the software.
Cons
All of the Practice EHR functions work great although it would be preferable if they put more work in improving their customer support department.

“The worst EHR software I have used in my entire decades-long experience
Pros
The only redeeming quality Practice EHR company has, is its customer support staff. They are very helpful, understanding and patient. Other than that, this software is the worst EHR I have ever used. I have never had a worse experience with a system in the entire 30 years I have been in the healthcare profession.
Cons
Nothing about this software is what I was promised. The company made big claims but delivered nothing. Not a single function works the way it should. The system is cumbersome. The functionalities are innovative but leave a lot to be imagined. The whole system needs a lot of work done. I would not recommend it at all for any practice owners.

“The good and the bad
Pros
The good things about the software are that me being in a solo practice can easily manage things with the help of this software. The system is cost-effective for a person who works only part-time. The medication ordering feature is great as I am able to order more than one at a time, and it is also great that I can order controlled substances for my patients when needed.
Cons
The bad about this software is about its tech support, you really cant get your call through, you have to wait for quite a while till they get connected, in between calls they get disconnected by the system and calling back and going through the process of waiting till you get connected again is a bummer. The system does not have any templates as well.

Practice EHR seems like a great service by the looks of it, with its functionalities and all the bells and whistles. It is user-friendly and integrates with other system modules and extensions.
Cons
What is sad and unfair about Practice EHR is how they mislead you by telling you that the service they are providing is free anfd go to make many claims and promises but once you get the system, you find out that you have to individually pay for whatever features you use, a la carte style which ends up costing more than a regular EHR package.

Pros
The way that everything is in real-time like payments, claims and overall status in a payment cycle is amazing. This software is transparent as well, which is quite wonderful. It is easy to use for everyone in the clinical staff, and there are other many features that actually make this EHR perfect for every practice.

Pros
The system is easy to use and user-friendly. It is very easy to enter or drop any claims. It also generates custom reports which are very useful, and at the end of the day, it allows to see if corrections are needed in claims, which is super great.
Cons
Have to click a lot, which wastes quite a lot of time.

“The software is good, problem fixing is a huge hassle though
Pros
The system is quite easy to use even if you have no former training or programming experience. claims filing in the billing module is good, quite unproblematic and efficient. They have nice customer support department. The features are well-organized so the readability is good on the screen and tabs.
Cons
Billing module can be frustrating in a way that whenever you need to make changes in the bills or insurance for a patient, you cannot just directly do it, instead you have to call the customer service to get it done. Similarly, you cannot make any changes in real-time rather every little change, even the slightest glitch has to be fixed from their end leaving you with absolutely zero control over the corrections that need to be made.

Pros
The patient’s data is very well-organized in Practice EHR which made locating patients’ history very quick and hassle-free.
Cons
There is no spellcheck, auto-correct or warning if you input something twice. This sets off the whole process when you have to locate the most recent and accurate information. It takes a significant amount of time to figure out how to navigate and utilize different functionalities of the software. Although, once you get past that, it gets incredibly simple to perform everyday tasks, like locating and organizing data or making updates. It is extremely convenient to have your data stored in one system eliminating the need to put pieces together every time you require some information. It is so much easier to locate misplaced data as compared to how it would be with paper records. This a great advancement for all practices.

Pros
Their customer support and client assisting staff are one the best I have ever come in contact with. The software is very conveniently implemented. They have so many options for everything and a lot of functionalities. The system is built like a fancy big company but the that does not affect its cost which is very affordable. I love Practice EHR. The interface is intuitive and well defined, no cluttering. The system is cloud-based so storage, installation or infrastructure are not an issue.
Cons
We rely mainly on their tutorial and demonstration videos online whenever theres an issue but most of them are not uploaded there. The staff always assures us that they will be uploaded soon but they havent yet. When they do finally put them up, it will be a lot quicker to ramp-up.

Pros
Performing any and every task is very efficient and quick with Practice EHR. All the documentation is streamlined which means clinic work runs seamlessly smooth. The system does not require any proper training so it becomes very easy for any new staff member to get started on it.
Cons
The software has so far exhibited no real major issues. Other than the customer support, they have not been very helpful with the software but the company software support staff is great. But all in all, the software itself has been very responsive. Excellent service.
