Made our switch completely smooth!

Pros

The team really went the extra mile to make switching over to this EHR completely smooth. The system itself is thorough, user friendly and handles all our scheduling, billing and patient management without a hitch.

Cons

I did not have any issues with it at all. Some unexpected events meant I could not keep my practice going but I am hoping my current job will consider switching to this EHR system.

simple and user-friendly

Pros

What stands out is how simple and user-friendly the whole platform is. It fits our needs perfectly. Scheduling is also simple, patient charts are easy to navigate and with recent updates, even faxing documents has become much simpler.

Cons

We sometimes run into issues saving consent forms and the check-in kiosk can be glitchy. Plus the way scheduling displays overlapping appointments is also a bit confusing if you are not used to it so I really hope they adjust that feature.

Clean layout but e-prescribing is buggy

Pros

It is a pretty easy program to work with and has a clean, simple layout. Learning how to schedule appointments is also not a problem and we can customize it the way we want.

Cons

The electronic prescribing tool has quite a few bugs. It is not ideal for patients with long medication lists because you have to send each prescription individually which gets really tedious when there are more than ten.

Consistently available!

Pros

They are consistently available and eager to assist. Their staff knows the system inside and out. They are also continuously rolling out updates which really helps keep things running well.

Cons

There is not anything about it that we dislike. They have treated us well for over six years now and we'd recommend them to any other practice.

incredibly helpful team

Pros

The main reason we picked Practice EHR is that when you call, a real person answers I mean no automated menus. Also the support team is incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. They were especially patient while I was learning the billing side, always ready to help me out anytime.

Cons

If I make an error like entering the wrong service date after a claim is already billed, I have to submit a ticket for them to correct it. I'd also like it if they could highlight the patient's most recent wellness or screening visit automatically.

held patient data hostage!

Pros

It is an affordable EHR option for a new practice starting out. That's pretty much it.

Cons

This company auto-renewed my subscription even after I told them multiple times I would not be renewing. They sent me my encrypted patient data two months before my subscription ended. When I informed them again about canceling and asked for a refund, they demanded $1,000 for my patient data. This is ridiculous and they are refusing to fix the situation, holding my entire practice and patient information hostage.

Really user friendly for finding needs

Pros

The system is really user friendly and finding what we need is pretty easy too.

Cons

According to me the medication screen setup is not ideal. It only saves one pharmacy at a time, even though the dropdown makes it seem like it should save all the pharmacies entered for that patient.

Documenting and adding copays is simple

Pros

Documenting in this system is simple. Adding copays is also an easy process!

Cons

After an update, we can no longer see all the names on the schedule at once. Now we have to hover our mouse over each time slot to see who is booked.

Dedicated setup guide but buggy system

Pros

The process was pretty basic because we had a dedicated contact guiding us through each stage of getting set up.

Cons

It can be buggy at times. Such as the system was completely down for around one to two weeks which created serious scheduling problems and delayed patient care.

Unfriendly and slow responses

Pros

Sending electronic claims is simple and the calendar function is clear and easy to follow.

Cons

Figuring out how to create a task is not user friendly at all. Tech support often does not fully understand the issue so we go back and forth before it gets resolved. There are also ads displayed as banners at the top, the cost is high and the system is often slow or down entirely.

Simple and easy, covers all your EHR needs

Pros

I love how simple and user-friendly the UX/UI interface is for this software. Practice EHR is easy to learn and there is no particular learning curve for staff training. It has a lot of options for your daily practice tasks. There is no elaborate implementation requiring a specialized IT staff, or professional installation. Their customer support staff is very good and always accessible.

Cons

The software is perfect except for one important feature, that is being missed from it: a patient kiosk. But the company has provided reassurance that it will be offered in the upcoming upgrades so I am waiting for that.

I wish I would have known about Practice EHR before I engaged with my earlier EHR. They always gave me an answer each time I had an inquiry, their client support is extraordinary thus accommodating, one of their tech support people always gets in touch with me even when I face an issue or difficulty late. I truly suggest this tool if you have a small practice and need an EHR that is straightforward and proficient. The effortlessness and the effectiveness to explore the framework. It is a generally excellent system for a small practice, the superbill with all CPT code is extremely useful.

Cons

It would be great if they have procedure template for my forte that is pain management however, I am certain they will get it later on.

Love the e-RX functionality

Pros

The software is so easy to use. No extensive training or programming experience required to operate it. I especially love their e-prescriptions. This has made our practice significantly easier. Pain management for patients is so much more efficient with this feature. No extra hassle or time wastage. Communication with pharmacies and patients is on our fingertips. And what makes it even better is how cost-effective it is.

Practice EHR is a great service. It is extremely user-friendly and flexible to a great degree. There is an abundant opportunity for customization. The people behind it do not disappoint either. Too slow. Not worth it

Pros

Editing data is considerably easy. Their coding system is up-to-date.

Cons

The software is so not suited for an eye clinic. The working is cumbersome. Too many workarounds. Every little task requires too many steps to completion. You cannot overview older information from within a record instead you have to close the window and open the older records to see them, which makes for a very inefficient service.

The company staff is one of the most amazing I have come across throughout my medical health career. The sales reps, the tech support crew, and customer service are all very polite and actively helpful. They always find you the right and timely answers for your issues and never disappoint.

Cons

I do not find this software particularly user-friendly. It may be because I do not have a lot of experience with computations and tech devices, this system has been a little challenging for me to use. You are required to customize in a lot of the areas for it to work properly.

A robust and adaptive product

Pros

Super easy to navigate this system. The customizability is great. It has been very helpful in creating personalized templates and report formats that fit our needs. This has significantly increased our efficiency on an organizational level. Their support reps have been a huge help throughout. Practice EHR has enabled us to cater to our patient’s changing needs more effectively without costing us an arm and leg. I highly recommend this software to more organizations in the medical healthcare professions.

Cons

the system can sometimes be a little cumbersome. The screen freezes on the application sometimes. You need to sign out and the re-sign in to make it run properly again which I suppose could be because they are still relatively new. I hope they fix these glitches in the future upgrades.

Great EHR for specialty practice

Pros

I have been extremely pleased with this service. They tailor the system to your specialty needs, Practice EHR has made my work very easy and efficient, seeing a lot of patients in a day and all their documentation needs get fulfilled very effectively with so much time to spare. The software is robust and light, there is never any difficulty navigating the system. The system meets all my podiatry practice needs, the documentation is very manageable now. I would highly recommend this to other specialty practices. The company personalizes the system for you and your practice. Value for money is so much greater compared to other competitors in the field. I am very glad I chose Practice EHR.

Cons

There have been a few times when connectivity was a challenge because of a weak internet connection. It works great with good internet. Other than that, I have no complaints with them.

Amazingly surprised.

Pros

The price of this software is very reasonable and unbeatable as well. We highly recommend this software to everyone. It is easy to use, affordable and powerful. The customer support is superb, they resolve your problem instantly. Weve been using this product for one year now, and I am quite surprised about how easy it is to use and navigate. Every information you need is right in front of you, no need for further menu clicking to get where you want to be, plus billing is very easy to do.

Has fulfilled my needs and one of the most affordable on the market.

Pros

I am glad that I purchased this EHR and I am not thinking of switching it any time soon. It is easy to create templates and defaults. The price of this system is very reasonable. It is easily customizable. Translation to text is fast and correct. The customer service is really good.

Cons

The Best EHR

Pros

We are so pleased that we chose Practice EHR for our practice. A true life-saver. The billing and invoices are so simple and comprehensive, equally desirable for both clinicians and patients. Coding is very simple and takes very little time compared to others. The system has helped us save hours of time and effort that was spent doing the paperwork.

Cons

Since we were using the traditional paper documentation method before this, it took us some time to make the transition and learn the system. However, the effort is more than worth the outcome!

Pros

Cons

As it is cloud-based, you wouldnt want to lose your data plus you wouldnt want anyone else accessing the information, so make sure you secure your system with a password. Other than that there aint any negative points about it.

Great user-friendly interface. Lots of choices

Pros

The best thing about Practice EHR is how easy it is to navigate with no complex interface that would require a lot of training or getting used to. Nothing is hidden or hard to reach. The system EHR has great functionalities of its own and it integrates with other software seamlessly which makes our office work run very smooth. It allows you to easily order multiple medications at the same time. I would recommend more practices to purchase the software.

Cons

All of the Practice EHR functions work great although it would be preferable if they put more work in improving their customer support department.

The worst EHR software I have used in my entire decades-long experience

Pros

The only redeeming quality Practice EHR company has, is its customer support staff. They are very helpful, understanding and patient. Other than that, this software is the worst EHR I have ever used. I have never had a worse experience with a system in the entire 30 years I have been in the healthcare profession.

Cons

Nothing about this software is what I was promised. The company made big claims but delivered nothing. Not a single function works the way it should. The system is cumbersome. The functionalities are innovative but leave a lot to be imagined. The whole system needs a lot of work done. I would not recommend it at all for any practice owners.

The good and the bad

Pros

The good things about the software are that me being in a solo practice can easily manage things with the help of this software. The system is cost-effective for a person who works only part-time. The medication ordering feature is great as I am able to order more than one at a time, and it is also great that I can order controlled substances for my patients when needed.

Cons

The bad about this software is about its tech support, you really cant get your call through, you have to wait for quite a while till they get connected, in between calls they get disconnected by the system and calling back and going through the process of waiting till you get connected again is a bummer. The system does not have any templates as well.

Pros

Practice EHR seems like a great service by the looks of it, with its functionalities and all the bells and whistles. It is user-friendly and integrates with other system modules and extensions.

Cons

What is sad and unfair about Practice EHR is how they mislead you by telling you that the service they are providing is free anfd go to make many claims and promises but once you get the system, you find out that you have to individually pay for whatever features you use, a la carte style which ends up costing more than a regular EHR package.

The right choice

The software is good, problem fixing is a huge hassle though

Pros

The system is quite easy to use even if you have no former training or programming experience. claims filing in the billing module is good, quite unproblematic and efficient. They have nice customer support department. The features are well-organized so the readability is good on the screen and tabs.

Cons

Billing module can be frustrating in a way that whenever you need to make changes in the bills or insurance for a patient, you cannot just directly do it, instead you have to call the customer service to get it done. Similarly, you cannot make any changes in real-time rather every little change, even the slightest glitch has to be fixed from their end leaving you with absolutely zero control over the corrections that need to be made.
