“Square integration for invoicing
Pros
One thing I appreciate is the Square integration for handling invoices and I'm particularly fond of being able to invoice packages.
Cons
I'm limited to seeing the team's schedule only as separate columns and only within the single-day view which feels restrictive.

As a medusa owner I find it really easy to use since it covers the essential features I need to manage my pet without complication.
Cons

Pros
Everything staying congreatated in a single place has been a huge help saving me from switching between multiple apps and making it much faster to find what I need.
Cons
What frustrates me is how fiddly pinning notes can be and that forms fail to update for clients who originally started on older versions of the progress note or treatment plan.

Designing my own forms has been fantastic since the flexibility allows me to tailor fields and layouts precisely to the way I work capturing the most relevant details for each client.
Cons
I'd love it if a built-in scribe feature or dictation tool were integrated into the app because having automatic note-taking would save me time and reduce the need to transcribe conversations after sessions.

Cons

Pros
Automations stand out for me and no other EHR I've used, in demos, research or hands-on, matches this tool's depth of automation. Workflows stay mostly hands-off, navigation is simple and the learning curve is much gentler than other systems so setting up or making edits is refreshingly easy.
Cons
I do find it runs a bit slower overall than some other EHRs I've used and it doesn't include quite as many features as competing platforms. Also the visual design feels somewhat plain to me although I recognize that's largely a matter of personal taste.

Pros
Customizing my notes has been extremely easy and the interface remains clean and simple so I don't get bogged down while using it.
Cons
I'm frustrated that I can't send forms to multiple patients at once and I'm also unable to change a client's display name which feels like an unnecessary limitation.

Integration with billing is a feature I really appreciate as everything can be managed within a single platform and patients find it easy to log in and navigate as well.
Cons
I find creating superbills when using payment plans really difficult to figure out and because of that I've had to produce my own superbills on several occasions which is frustrating.

Customer service has been truly exceptional whenever needed making the experience smoother and easier for me.

Adapting to any new EMR has been a persistent challenge for me and although I'm still getting up to speed I can't honestly assert that it completely falls short of meeting our needs at this stage.

Interface is clean and simple and navigating through it rarely causes confusion. The calendar feature works flawlessly for clients booking appointments, text message reminders are inexpensive or free and telehealth works reliably. Copying and tweaking forms to fit my workflows has been simple and I feel optimistic about future AI enhancements.
Cons
There are a few inconsistencies I have noticed that scattered throughout the platform. For example voice recording is accessible in certain areas but inexplicably missing in others which has been a bit frustrating when I want to capture audio quickly. I was also impressed by the Snippet tool during the demo, its potential seemed promising but in actual use I haven't discovered many situations where it adds value and it's not available everywhere I take notes which limits its usefulness. Those inconsistencies are the main drawbacks I've come across during my first three months of using the system.

Pros
Integrated billing makes invoicing and payments easy which has been very convenient in my practice.
Cons
I find it frustrating for pediatric cases because there's no way to put a child's email address and phone number under a linked parents' account and that limitation makes managing and treating siblings much less easy.

Personalization features such as deciding what different roles can see, make the platform feel secure and tailored and the help search almost always provides instant answers saving me the hassle of contacting support.
Cons
When I'm saving files the whole process feels confusing because the folders automatically populate across every account so I end up with duplicated or irrelevant folders on different profiles and struggle to keep my documents organized the way I want.

It's easy and highly configurable I appreciated that it didn't weigh me down with complexity but still allowed me to tailor features exactly the way I preferred.
Cons

Pros
The pinning and mapping features have been really useful in my opinion. I really like that building procedures and templates from scratch works easily especially with the PDMD integration tying everything together.
Cons
As a user I've noticed there's no lab integration and I also wish the video calls supported a customizable background.
