Pros
Control over forms is excellent and responses from the team are incredibly fast which makes the whole process efficient and reliable for me.
Cons
For me the portal's visual design is unattractive and also I find it rather complex and not particularly easy to navigate which creates friction in everyday use.

What really works well for me is the customization, especially mapping questionnaire responses straight into my notes. This keeps my documentation aligned and fits naturally into how I already work.
Cons
For my workflow the lack of connection to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp is a drawback. I have to pull lab results manually which adds extra steps and interrupts my focus.

Using the app has been simple for me and the tech support team has been great every time I've needed help. Syncing with my calendar also helps me keep my schedule on track.
Cons
At first finding the virtual visit link was tricky and frustrating. After some digging I eventually figured it out but it wasn't immediately obvious.

Having strong control over forms makes a big difference in my workflow. The team responds very quickly which keeps everything moving and gives me confidence in the process.
Cons

“setup challenges for new users

Customer support is professional, patient and genuinely committed to helping me build a thriving practice their guidance has been a major reason for my positive experience with this tool.
Cons
Because I'm new to this tool I attempted to configure it myself but couldn't get it to work so I've had to bring someone on board to complete the setup for my lactation practice, I genuinely appreciate that it offers a discount for the first two months since it's likely to take me that long to finish the transition and in the meantime I'm carrying the expense of my current charting software along with this tool so that initial reduction makes juggling both subscriptions a lot easier to accept.

Pros
Being an all-in-one system makes scaling up simple and I like that platform keeps day-to-day work smooth and manageable.
Cons
My biggest issue is the messaging portal, messages often get lost or buried in there which means I frequently miss important communications and end up spending extra time chasing things down making it the weakest part of an otherwise useful platform.

I like that adding services like e-prescriptions and lab ordering over time provides flexibility to expand the practice gradually without switching platforms.
Cons
What frustrates me is that there isn't a standalone mobile app although the system remains accessible through a web browser, trying to navigate and chart on a phone can be awkward and sometimes difficult.

E-prescribing is easy and fast, note templates are easy to modify and I like that now sending forms directly to patients works easily.
Cons
Okay so... I find there's no built-in lab ordering or easy data integration and it's tough to assign or color-code different appointment types, I wish the system would let me remove features we never use.

Cons

Cons
Since I'm still new to the tool I tried setting up everything on my own but couldn't get it working properly. I ended up bringing someone in to complete the setup for my lactation practice. I do appreciate the two-month discount though as it helps manage the overlap with my old charting software.

For my workflow I appreciate that everything, forms, supporting documents and payments, is congreatated into a single platform which saves me time and keeps things organized.
Cons
There's a major downside for me in that I can't easily customize forms or upload fields the way I need and having to request such modifications often incurs extra fees that add up quickly.
