“highly flexible and adaptable tool
Pros
What really stands out for me is how flexible and adaptable the system is. That part has honestly become one of my favorite aspects of using it.
Cons
Because the system is so flexible I end up having to configure nearly every detail myself. I get that this comes with customization but it definitely adds to the workload during setup.

“Easy billing integration
Pros
One thing I truly value is the Square connection for invoices and I really enjoy being able to bill for packages without extra work.
Cons
What limits me is only being able to see team schedules in separate columns and only in a single-day view. That setup feels restrictive when I want a broader picture.

As a Medusa owner I find it simple to manage since it includes the key features I need to take care of my pet without extra confusion.
Cons
There are features I feel are missing and even though I've submitted requests they rarely get addressed or rolled out in a timely manner.

“everything in one place
Pros
Having everything stored in one place has made a big difference for me. I no longer jump between multiple apps and finding information takes much less time.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is how fiddly it is to pin notes. I've also run into problems where forms don't update correctly for clients who started on older notes or treatment plans.

Pros
Creating my own forms has been a great experience because I can adjust fields and layouts to match how I work. This helps me capture the exact details I need for each client.
Cons
I'd really like a built-in dictation or scribe feature. Automatic note-taking would save me tons of time and cut down on having to transcribe sessions later.

What continues to surprise me is the level of customization available. Every time I reach out for help, the support team has been excellent and consistently helpful.
Cons
Early on I struggled with a steep learning curve and had to put in a lot of effort to get everything set up. Once that was done though the system became dependable and really helpful for my workflow.

I think the interface feels very manageable and adjusting custom controls doesn't take much effort. That makes day-to-day use feel smooth and comfortable.
Cons
Since the program is still new some features I would normally expect just aren't there yet. That sometimes limits what I can do day-to-day.

What stands out most to me is the automation. Compared to other EHRs I've researched, demoed or used, none match the depth offered here. Most workflows run with minimal hands-on effort, navigation feels clear and learning the system didn't take nearly as long as others I've tried.
Cons
Compared to other EHRs I've used this one feels a bit slower and doesn't have as many features. The visual design also seems plain to me though I know that's a personal preference.

Pros
Customizing my notes has been very simple and the layout stays clean so I don't feel slowed down while working.
Cons
It frustrates me that I can't send forms to multiple patients at once and I also can't change a client's display name which feels unnecessary.

Pros
Overall the interface stays clean and easy to move through without confusion. Clients book appointments without issues using the calendar, text reminders cost little or nothing and telehealth works reliably. I can copy and adjust forms to match my workflows and I feel optimistic about upcoming AI improvements.
Cons
Over my first few months I've noticed some inconsistencies. For example voice recording is available in some sections but missing in others which is inconvenient. I was excited about the Snippet tool during the demo but in practice I haven't found it that useful and it isn't available everywhere I need it.

Integrated billing has made invoicing and payments much more convenient for my practice, saving me time and effort.
Cons
Working with pediatric cases is tricky because I can't add a child's email or phone number under a linked parent account. That limitation makes managing siblings and family cases way harder than it should be.

What stands out for me is the level of personalization especially being able to decide what different roles can access. It makes the platform feel secure and the help search usually gives me answers right away so I don't have to reach out to support often.
Cons
When I try to save files the setup feels confusing. Folders automatically appear across all accounts leaving me with duplicates or irrelevant folders and organizing documents becomes a real headache.

For my day-to-day use the system feels adjustable without being overwhelming. I liked that it didn't bury me in complexity while still letting me set things up exactly how I wanted.
Cons

Pros
From my experience the pinning and mapping tools have been extremely helpful. I also enjoy building procedures and templates from the ground up and the PDMD connection helps keep everything connected and consistent.
Cons
Using this tool regularly I've noticed there's no built-in lab connection. I also wish video calls allowed custom backgrounds to make virtual sessions feel more polished.

Customization features are excellent particularly mapping responses from questionnaires directly into notes which aligns documentation and fits perfectly into my workflow.
Cons
For me the system doesn't connect to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp so I end up having to pull lab results manually which interrupts my workflow and adds extra steps.

I like that reducing reliance on paper has simplified the office workflow considerably.
Cons
During our initial day-one consultations we prefer to jot notes directly onto the intake forms but because this tool currently requires us to download the forms and open them in a separate notetaking app, it adds extra steps and disrupts our process, it would be far more convenient if we could annotate or write directly on the forms inside the platform itself.

Having a centralized platform that congreatates almost everything needed to run the practice saves me time when juggling administrative tasks and client work.
Cons
One area that confuses me is the supervisor role setup because it's really hard to configure permissions and schedules for supervisors who aren't simultaneously seeing clients on their own calendars so the workflow feels unsimple and frustrating, additionally while I'm impressed by the form creation tools and use them often, I'd really like a dedicated form type that isn't treated as a note or an intake form so I could easily send a simple external-facing questionnaire to providers outside our practice for them to complete.
