With Praxis, making notes is the easiest part of my job. Charting takes minutes. The system is not based on built-in mandatory templates; it allows you to create your own that fits your needs. The system is very intuitive, which makes everyday tasks easier and saves a lot of time. Notes are made and fine-tuned in real-time. No additional clicks. Take your regular notes off of diagnosis. Comparable patient notes can be made and adjusted as you go.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep. It takes a while to get properly trained in order to operate the system well, but that is the case with any worthy EMR because with the right training, you can make the most of their amazing service.

Praxis is user-friendly and flexible. I like that if you include something in the note, such as a prescription or a referral, it is sent when the message is closed. As a result, you wont have to do anything twice.

 It differs in that everything for a note is set up on one page, rather than having separate windows for the note, diagnosis, medications, and so on. This is more convenient than flipping the chart over.
