A breath of fresh air

Pros

Eight years ago, I joined UCI Medical Center and had to work with Epic, a cumbersome system not very doctor-friendly. Unlike Praxis, where I can easily modify orders, Epic requires navigating through a tedious drop-down list of reasons for any change. Writing orders in Epic takes triple the time compared to Praxis. Thankfully, Praxis streamlines charting and ordering processes efficiently, especially when used with templates. Its interface seamlessly integrates with transcription and voice-activated dictation.

Cons

I don't have any least liked aspects about Praxis, especially the current version.

High functioning medical software.

I am impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of this product, particularly its prescription and billing features. Charting has never been easier.

Setting it up was a bit complex; I had to call customer service more than once.

Spending time meeting government mandates was not what Praxis was originally about; it was built for patient care, not government data collection.

Manual Artificial intelligence

Pros

I have been using this product, which outperforms Nabla and other recorders in efficiently documenting information.

Cons

I have seen demos of other EMRs, but after using Praxis, I am done with documentation immediately. With this product, I can even increase my patient load by 25 to 30% as predicted.

Amazing EMR

The user-friendly interface coupled with instant support via live chat makes navigation a breeze.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

The latest Praxis version boasts a clean interface and a plethora of features, making charting a delight for clinicians.

Praxis requires understanding of my own practice and charting patterns, which is both challenging and beneficial. The more I analyze and adjust, the faster and better it becomes.

I did not realize how wonderful Praxis is until I saw the labs and vital sign history integrated. For example, I could easily show a patient their diabetes history and medication details.
