Pros
We have been with PrognoCis for more than 10 years now and during this time our colleagues have jumped from one EMR to another but we stuck with PrognoCSI for a reason. The ease of use we have with the system as well as they tremendously improved their customer service day in and day out. Safe to say, I highly recommend PrognoCIS to everyone.
Cons
Not anymore but it was their customer service back in the day. Hold time was frustrating but its no longer the case as when an issue arises, they get to the bottom of it asap.

“Great software and support”
Pros
One of our providers has been using PrognoCIS since 2013 and he is been really happy with it. Pulling a report for each CPT code is super easy, and if you need to post a refund payment, it only takes a few seconds. So in my opinion, this is the best web-based provider service for pain clinics. They are always open to new ideas.
Cons
With PrognoCIS, you can post your ERA payment with a click but claim creation and submission require several clicks.

Sometimes you experience a short delay checking a patient's insurance coverage.. just for a few minutes, not hours.

In my opinion, it's the top web-based service for pain clinics. They are always receptive to new ideas.
Cons

“Packed with excellent features”
Pros
I have been using this software for the last two years, starting in 2020, and I’m very happy with it. In order to get the CPT codes or the reports, it is a very easy process. The feature that I liked the most about this EMR is that when you post a refund payment, it only takes a few seconds to go through and you receive the notification instantly.
Cons
They could definitely add more features and work on fixing the latency glitch that happens when posting our electronic record archive payment. Plus the button you have to click to complete the process takes several tries before the claim creation and submission actually goes through which is annoying. I have also heard other managers dealing with the same issue.

For me, picking up PrognoCIS EMR Software was a good decision. I like how easy it is to set up and import data. The patient charts and information are very well organized. You do not need help to get everything in order.

Pros
The three best things about this software are the CPT coding, customizable features and the super user-friendly interface. Plus there is even more to like! We rely a lot on the electronic prescription feature, and I really love the patient portal too. Overall, PrognoCIS EMR software is amazing.
Cons
The only thing I wish for from PrognoCIS is an updated app with an e-RX feature on the iOS application EMR. I hope they can come through.

PrognoCIS is really easy to use and the whole support and billing team are super accessible and quick to respond to any issues. The system is easy to customize and it is cost-effective, especially for a small medical practice. At first, I was worried because the training was not done on-site, but the person who trained me was great. They were really responsive to my needs which made the whole process much easier than I thought it would be.

I wish it allowed me to make some minor changes and adjustments to the format in some way.
