Pros
This "free" EMR is a bonus for using PrognoCIS RCM. We've been using it since 2013 and it has worked fairly well. It gets the job done, includes a patient portal and comes with PrognoCIS billing. When technical issues arise, getting everyone back online is clearly a priority and so far, the interruptions have been under a day. The customer service, though outsourced has been excellent and enthusiastic.
Cons
It feels like the programming was developed gradually which leads to some annoying redundancies, inconsistencies and occasional glitches. As medicine has become more complex, things that were once included are now considered add-ons, which would increase the cost.

Our practice has been using PrognoCIS since 2008. The support team is very responsive, and we usually have a solution to any issues or requests quickly. They are forward-thinking and have the tools in place for any upcoming changes to CMS, Meaningful Use, Telemedicine, etc. I have worked closely with their team since day one to adapt the system to fit the needs of our pain clinic. They have created customized reports and templates for us, a referral tracking system, and many other helpful tools. I cant imagine using any other EHR!

I am a pediatrician and have used PrognoCIS for more than 8 years. This EMR is very easy to use and learn, very fast, has options to customize everything, electronic Rx and billing are very accurate, I did not have any problem with the safety of my patients medical information, has the ability to connect it to the CAIR program and other programs, and the customer service is very helpful, fast, and professional.

Pros
I have been using PrognoCIS with my podiatry practice since 2010/2011, and of all the EHR systems, it is by far the best. The system is very user-friendly for all staff, including my physicians. We utilize the billing system with the company as well. Overall, it has helped the practice run very smoothly. They are always available if we have any issues, which is rare, and are always willing to help with anything that I might need. I would highly recommend PrognoCIS to anyone looking for an EHR system.

My office has used PrognoCIS for over ten years and is quite satisfied with it. The scheduling is very easy to use and has some nice features and flexibility to it that are helpful for items outside of patient appointments. The prescription page has the nice benefit of having all the medications prescribed on the same page instead of creating a prescription for each medication as some EMRs do. It is easy to find a progress note or any entry into the patients chart. Tech support is responsive in a timely manner when needed. I would recommend this system.

The PrognoCIS is highly customizable. You may be taken aback by the default version of it but that should not stop you from giving it a chance since PrognoCIS will customize the solution. The implementation process was smooth and my account manager was helpful and patient with me with all the changes and customizations I required. Its best to get their RCM service since you enjoy free-of-charge EMR and PM. Very impressive.
Cons
The feedback process takes a little longer than usual which is what they need to work on as well as their tech support sometimes lacks in swiftly solving the problem.

We have been with PrognoCis for more than 10 years now and during this time our colleagues have jumped from one EMR to another but we stuck with PrognoCSI for a reason. The ease of use we have with the system as well as they tremendously improved their customer service day in and day out. Safe to say, I highly recommend PrognoCIS to everyone.
Cons
Not anymore but it was their customer service back in the day. Hold time was frustrating but its no longer the case as when an issue arises, they get to the bottom of it asap.

I have been using this software for the last two years, starting in 2020, and I’m very happy with it. In order to get the CPT codes or the reports, it is a very easy process. The feature that I liked the most about this EMR is that when you post a refund payment, it only takes a few seconds to go through and you receive the notification instantly.
Cons
They could add more features and try to remove the latency glitch that occurs when posting your electronic record archive payment. The button that you have to press in order to go through with the process takes a number of clicks before the claim creation to the submission. I have also heard of some other managers having the same issue.

CPT coding, customizable functions, and an extremely friendly user interface are the three most awesome things about this software and then some. We use the electronic prescription feature a lot too. Love their patient portal. The PrognoCIS EMR Software is amazing.

The only thing I wish for from PrognoCIS is an updated app with an e-RX feature on the iOS application EMR. I hope they can come through.

WhiteCoat Medical Group has been using this software for around a year and we use both their web EMR and mobile EMR. Whitecoat offers domestic restorative domestic visits by means of our website where patients can use to form arrangement demands. Whitecoat suppliers are continuously on the go, in this way requiring a basic and easy to use portable EMR that can be utilized to charge the domestic visit flow on the go.
Cons
The only thing I wish from prognoCIS is an overhauled app with an e-RX highlight on the working application EMR but after talking to a prognoCIS agent, there is a modern adaptation coming out. Looking forward to seeing it.

PrognoCIS software is very affordable. It is pretty easy to use and navigate.
Cons
The customer support process is tough to navigate. For urgent issues, you have to submit a ticket and there is no clear timeline for resolution. It can take days before you're contacted. Customizing templates is very complicated and adding procedures and orders to office visits is time-consuming. Adding additional patients to an existing guarantor is a repetitive and lengthy process. The billing module doesn't follow some basic accounting principles and becomes very complex when insurance companies require takebacks or when posting remittances.

My office has used PrognoCIS for over ten years and is quite satisfied with it. The scheduling is very easy to use and has some nice features and flexibility to it that are helpful for items outside of patient appointments. The prescription page has the nice benefit of having all the medications prescribed on the same page instead of creating a prescription for each medication as some EMRs do. It is easy to find a progress note or any entry into the patients chart. Tech support is responsive in a timely manner when needed. I would recommend this system.

Its best to get their RCM service since you enjoy free-of-charge EMR and PM. Very impressive.

I have been using this software for the last two years, starting in 2020, and I’m very happy with it. In order to get the CPT codes or the reports, it is a very easy process. The feature that I liked the most about this EMR is that when you post a refund payment, it only takes a few seconds to go through and you receive the notification instantly.
Cons
They could add more features and try to remove the latency glitch that occurs when posting your electronic record archive payment. The button that you have to press in order to go through with the process takes a number of clicks before the claim creation to the submission. I have also heard of some other managers having the same issue.

The customer support process is tough to navigate. For urgent issues, you have to submit a ticket and there is no clear timeline for resolution. It can take days before you're contacted. Customizing templates is very complicated and adding procedures and orders to office visits is time-consuming. Adding additional patients to an existing guarantor is a repetitive and lengthy process. The billing module doesn't follow some basic accounting principles and becomes very complex when insurance companies require takebacks or when posting remittances.
