It is easy to navigate through the software and they summarize reports in tabular form which makes it convenient for me to identify problems. Medical billing is now a breeze.

The language option should have a drop-down menu instead of a long list you have to scroll.

The software is easy to use and the support staff has been fantastic from day one. The training with support team member and her team was excellent. Being a small business is tough but the support I have received from PrognoCIS has been AMAZING!

Right now, I don't have anything I dislike. Every day, I learn more about using the software and if I have a question, they offer live customer service. I had a billing question and received a call from PrognoCIS leadership, who was very professional and provided a satisfactory answer.

This program is simple to use and the support staff has been wonderful since we started. The training we received was excellent. Running a small business is hard enough, the incredible assistance we've gotten has made a huge difference.

I don't have a least-liked part right now. Each day I learn more and if I have a question, they provide live person support. I had a billing question and received a call from a company leader who was very professional and resolved my concern completely.

They have a lot of EMR features that will suit a bigger hospital. You can tailor them according to your preferences.

Patients do not receive their notifications on time. The medical history assessment template is very overwhelming.

It is an excellent software. It is easy to navigate and also really easy to move from EMR to billing feature. The customer support is also great.

I have to do a lot of clicks for registration or language selection. In my opinion, it should have a drop-down menu to select what you want. I have to type or scroll to search which can be annoying at times.

The customer support process is tough to navigate. For urgent issues, you have to submit a ticket and there is no clear timeline for resolution. It can take days before you're contacted. Customizing templates is very complicated and adding procedures and orders to office visits is time-consuming. Adding additional patients to an existing guarantor is a repetitive and lengthy process. The billing module doesn't follow some basic accounting principles and becomes very complex when insurance companies require takebacks or when posting remittances.

It is great software with extremely professional and useful features. It could be best if some things are improved.

Worst customer service ever. I am highly disappointed because you can never ever reach customer support. If you leave them a message, they will never respond.

The costs are too high every single month. The support staff is horrendous and not helpful at all. Their IT specialist probably doesnt know a thing about EMR systems!

PrognoCIS is the best system and covers the needs of the entire practice. Implementation was smooth and the rep made sure that I have complete knowledge of the software before going live. Templates are very easy to create as well as well. The implementation team did their best to customize the solution, especially for our practice.
