We went live with Proton PACS in April 2014 after a seamless implementation phase that started in January. Planning ahead made the process incredibly smooth. This included setting up HL7 channels for modality worklist across 5 modalities (DR, CT, DEXA, US, MRI). The deployment not only streamlined our daily radiology workflow but also improved the entire order entry to report delivery process for physicians and radiologists. Integrating Inteleviewer directly into our EMR was a game-changer, making our system feel like an "invisible silo." Our physicians are thrilled with Inteleviewer's extensive features. As PACS administrator, I find the administrative side, Intelebrowser, just as robust and intuitive. Their support team has been outstanding, surpassing my expectations after experiences with less impressive PACS vendors since 2006. This product is truly incredible!

The software is very intuitive, integrates well with voice recognition, and includes a reliable portal for referring physicians. Downloads are fast, and I can access it from anywhere with internet.

Setting up the HL7 channels for modality worklists across five modalities (DR, CT, DEXA, US, MRI) streamlined both radiology workflow and the entire order entry to report completion process. We also integrated links from our EMR to directly open Inteleviewer, creating an efficient system. Our physicians have been thrilled with Inteleviewer's features, and our [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is pleased with the operational cost model, especially when our server upgrade in 2018 was included in the "fee per study" model. As a PACS administrator, I find Intelebrowser robust and intuitive, and I highly praise their outstanding support team. This is an incredible product!

Finding images and reports quickly is crucial for our outpatient facility. Whenever we need to contact ProtonPACS, their customer service is courteous and knowledgeable about our issues. This software saves us significant time and effort by placing patient reports directly into their charts, a huge advantage.

The software boasts every tool imaginable and then some. Even after four years, I still haven't mastered it as much as I'd like; I keep discovering tools I've never seen or thought I'd need.

ProtonPACS provides easy, fast access to all imaging studies and reports from anywhere. The image viewer includes a comprehensive set of tools for manipulating images. Sending reports to physicians and nurses takes just a couple of clicks and I can do all of this on my phone.

It could benefit from more attention to personalized settings so that upon logging in, it directs a physician straight to their patient's studies.

I appreciate having everything I need in one place! The system is easy to learn and navigate, and customer service has always been very helpful when needed.

What bothered me the most was discovering there are different levels of logins for individuals. So, when I log in, the areas I can access differ from those available to colleagues with different access levels. It has occasionally caused confusion when collaborating.
