“My point of view
Pros
The software is user-friendly and keeps evolving with new programs to meet emerging needs. I also like having a support team to reach out to whenever issues arise.
Cons
Some of the programs take time to implement, which is not always convenient from a business perspective. It would be great to have a more extensive notes section beyond whats in the demographic area. If there is an issue with Rethink, such as speed or software updates causing downtime, a notification on Rethink when logging in would be helpful so our field staff is aware at the same time. While Rethink currently notifies us of new updates, it should also notify us of any issues.

“Top Notch Practice Management Software
Pros
We've been with Rethink since the early stages of their software development and have been impressed by how they've adapted to meet client needs. They frequently add new features and make updates based on client feedback. Their customer service is both responsive and thorough. Although we rarely encounter problems, they address any issues quickly. The software is intuitive which makes it easy to train our staff.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any downsides to this software. Any improvements I have suggested over the years have been implemented.

Pros
The software is all-inclusive, which simplifies keeping all business data and billing in one place.
Cons
I have noted a few minor inconveniences when correcting data and dates, but they are not insurmountable. It just takes some time to delete and re-enter data when mistakes are made.

Cons
The setup was a bit complicated, but once I figured it out it became very easy to use.

I like the graphical presentation because it is driven by the data entered.
Cons
I find that several areas of the software should pre-populate with information, but I often end up manually typing fields that I believe could be automatically filled from other parts of the software. For a tool that promotes ease of access, there are still too many clicks and typing required to get tasks done. The excessive drop-downs and window switching make it cumbersome to quickly view or access information. While I understand the need for detailed documentation in Applied Behavior Analysis, it feels overly complicated when I need to quickly glance at something. Data can be easily deleted by authorized users, so having timestamps or a security log of who edited or deleted data would be beneficial. Additionally, there are several bugs, like filters resetting and lists jumping back to the start after entering text.

I started using Rethink in 2017 and have been consistently impressed by its capabilities and enhancements over the years. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and the features allow me to effectively collect data. This online platform has helped me implement BHT efficiently. The customer service team is always available and considerate of our needs.
Cons
I did like to see an expansion in the automatic notification features. Currently, the system prompts users when a student achieves their goals, but it does not flag plateaus, regression, or setbacks. It would be helpful if the system could alert us when a skill is not being met.

Rethink has streamlined our internal processes which allows us to focus more on our clients and providing them with the best possible care.
Cons
This industrys complexity requires software vendors to create highly flexible and complex products to meet diverse needs across providers and states. This flexibility can sometimes be confusing, but the support team is always available to answer questions.
