Paper Data is Better
Pros

Using less paper and ink to create programs is something I appreciate.

Cons

I find the data representation inaccurate and the system incredibly slow to load anything. Viewing the schedule is particularly cumbersome, especially compared to ABA Schedules. Customizing programs is also challenging. In my opinion, using Excel would be a better option.

Rethink - Amazing
Pros

Everything about Rethink, I absolutely love. Lately though, it's been sluggish when it comes to saving appointments and entering data, which is a bit frustrating.

Cons

I am not a fan of the new scheduling update. When you navigate under an employee's schedule and click on a billable appointment, then back out of it, it automatically displays only that client under that employee instead of the entire schedule.

Pros

I am impressed by how organized the company is. The training they provide is exceptional. All the staff members I've interacted with have been not just positive and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and accommodating.

Cons

Some minor adjustments are needed in the payroll report, especially for semi-monthly payroll. It would be helpful to reduce the number of clicks required to set up pay codes.

Pros

I really appreciate how straightforward the apps interface is and how user-friendly it is to navigate.

Cons

While the apps simple layout makes it user-friendly, I would appreciate having the ability to access past data, view overall percentages and graph points, in order to track the clients progress during treatment.

Pros

I would rate my experience with the software as 7 out of 10. When it doesnt freeze, it is user-friendly and has many resources available. The softwares performance largely depends on whether or not it freezes. PROS The program library enables you to discover other beneficial software to include for your clients. The training videos are also highly advantageous for educating parents, and the program itself is easy to use.

Cons

When I use the program, it often freezes, and as a result, occasionally reports are not saved. This means I have to rewrite them. The programs output language code is EN-US.

Perfect for data collection
Pros

I find the process of collecting data for technicians quite simple and user-friendly. The graphs are easily accessible, and I appreciate the program and stim libraries.

Cons

Im finding the program setup difficult to understand. It would be helpful if the prompt levels advanced automatically once the requirements have been met.

Pros

This system is easy to deploy and has a great performance like Catalyst, but with fewer technical glitches. Moreover, there are some customizable presets which can be used when creating a new students profile.

Cons

The main problem with ReThink is that it has limited options to correct inaccurate data after the point of sale. Additionally, getting in touch with support can be somewhat difficult as reaching them by phone may require multiple attempts and is not as straightforward as using a chat feature. REASON FOR CHOOSING RETHINK According to popular vote, Rethink was the most user-friendly software for BCBAs.

Rethink for ABA Therapy
Pros

This software offers a comprehensive solution for data collection, note-taking, and appointment scheduling. It's convenient for staff to manage their timesheets and access various resources, including RBT training and other supplementary materials, all in one place.

Cons

Cons include difficulty accessing the client's progress easily. Each program needs to be selected separately to view the graphs, and there's no feature for systematic target mastery and replacement. Maintenance targets require manual checking, and there's no systematic assignment.

Love rethink but here is an idea.
Pros

I find it easy to write session notes, search for client info, and submit hours using this platform.

Cons

My biggest issue is the system's tendency to time out, sometimes resulting in lost work. I also believe there should be an option to add photos, allowing therapists to upload children's work for supervisors and parents to understand their progress better.

Cons

Pros

Having access to data from anywhere is a huge advantage. It allows Behavior Analysts to respond quickly to changes in the data. Additionally, Rethink enables data analysis in various ways, saving a considerable amount of time for Behavior Analysts.

Cons

Many features, such as customizable graphs and improved data collection methods, are still in the pipeline. Customer service is friendly, but there's a significant delay in response times.

Very satisfied with all Rethink has to offer!
Pros

Rethink is incredibly user-friendly. New staff members are able to learn how to collect data, access our goal bank, analyze automated graphs, and submit session notes that our families can review within their first week of employment. It's also user-friendly for families, as they can see pictures of their children, read session notes, view their child's goals, and always have access to their child's schedule.

Cons

Collecting partial interval/whole interval data with Rethink can be tricky. Once you open a child's program for the day, the timer starts ticking, even if you're not ready to collect data on that specific program.

Pros

During my training at ABSI for my new job, the training modules were extremely helpful, and the format was very user-friendly. The informative videos and helpful quizzes made retaining knowledge even easier.

Cons

I found it difficult to verify sessions on the computer or laptop, but it was much easier and quicker on the phone app.
