“Rethink is an obvious choice
Pros
I really like having the option to customize our content and manage each setting. It is been a big plus for us. We used to rely on other systems and had to juggle multiple tools but now we’re just using Rethink. It has been a positive change for sure.
Cons
I have not found anything we dislike.

“A complete solution
Pros
Rethink gives us really detailed clinical oversight. We are able to go fully paperless which is great and it makes handling audits way easier. Also I love that we can collect data in real time and our clinical staff can review it by the next day, so we can make quick decisions when needed.
Cons
This might not be the cheapest program, but from my perspective it definitely works well for a small practice.

“Traditional paper data is more reliable
Pros
We're using way less paper and ink to create programs now which I like.
Cons
I find the data representation inaccurate and the system very slow to load anything. Looking at the schedule is especially frustrating, especially when compared to ABA Schedules. Customizing programs is also a bit of a hassle. Honestly, I think using Excel might be a better option at this point.

“Consider Rethink; you will not regret it!!!
Pros
I love how easy it is to implement, and it does not disrupt the company at all. Plus, it is very intuitive and simple to manage.
Cons
It could be better in terms of some functions, like recovering lost data, or performance issues like freezing from time to time.

“Simply Awesome
Pros
We as a company absolutely love everything about Rethink. However, lately, it is been a bit slow when saving appointments and entering data, which can be a little frustrating.
Cons
I am not a fan of the new scheduling update. When you navigate under an employee's schedule and click on a billable appointment, then back out of it, it automatically displays only that client under that employee instead of the entire schedule.

“Am a new user, so still exploring it!!
Pros
I am impressed by how organized the company is. The training they provide is exceptional. All the staff members I've interacted with have been not just positive and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and accommodating.
Cons
In my opinion, some minor adjustments are needed in the payroll report, especially for semi-monthly payroll. It would also be helpful to reduce the number of clicks required to set up pay codes.

“Quite user-friendly
Pros
I really like that how simple the apps interface is and how user-friendly it is to navigate.
Cons
While the apps simple layout makes it user-friendly, I would prefer having the ability to access past data, view overall percentages and graph points, in order to track the clients progress during treatment.

“Easy to learn and use
Pros
It's super useful and easy to learn. Also I love that the teaching resources and scheduling tools are right there and easy to access.
Cons
I have noticed some issues with selecting session notes on the calendar, and the language code for the output is set to EN-US.

“Works well but freezes often
Pros
I did rate my experience with the software a solid 7 out of 10. When it's not freezing, it is highly user-friendly and packed with helpful resources. As the software's performance really depends on whether it freezes or not though. But I like that the program library lets you find other useful tools for clients and the training videos are great for educating parents. Overall, it is easy to navigate and works well when it is running smoothly.
Cons
When I use the program, it often freezes, and as a result, occasionally reports are not saved. This means I have to rewrite them which is frustrating.

“Perfect solution for data collection
Pros
I find the process of collecting data for technicians quite simple and user-friendly. The graphs are easily accessible, and I like the program and stim libraries.
Cons
I'm finding the program setup a bit difficult to understand. It would be really helpful if the prompt levels advanced automatically once the requirements are met.

“Intuitive design but lacking add-ons
Pros
Deploying this system was not at all difficult as it was way smoother than other tools like Catalyst, which had a bunch of technical glitches. Also I was really impressed with how quick and hassle-free it was to get everything up and running. Plus, it offers some handy customizable presets, so setting up a new student's profile is pretty simple too. Overall, it is been easy to work with and has enough flexibility to make it fit our needs without much hassle.
Cons
The main problem with ReThink is that it has limited options to correct inaccurate data after the point of sale. Additionally, getting in touch with support can be somewhat difficult as reaching them by phone may require multiple attempts and is not as straightforward as using a chat feature.

“Does not integrate well with other systems
Pros
Supervisor access is pretty decent, and I like the calendar functions as it make booking appointments smooth.
Cons
The system freezes a lot, especially when using the scheduling module. It also does not integrate well with other systems, and the reporting features are very poor.

“I like Rethink
Pros
I really like how ReThink makes data collection so simple especially when it comes to tech. Plus it really helps coordinate schedules smoothly, which is important for my role.
Cons
The scheduling system is missing some important features, like tracking staff availability, which is why we often overlook key scheduling details.

“A complete package
Pros
This software offers a comprehensive solution for data collection, note-taking and appointment scheduling. Also, it makes it easy for our staff to manage their timesheets and access various resources, including RBT training and other supplementary materials, all in one place.
Cons
One of the downsides I have noticed is that it's difficult to easily access a client's progress. You have to go into each program separately just to see the graphs. Another issue is that the system doesn't automatically master out targets and set new ones when they are mastered. You have to manually check or uncheck maintenance targets, which the system doesn't handle on its own. Overall, it would be so much better if there was a dashboard where I could easily see everything like the client's progress, which targets are progressing or failing, graphs and have the system automatically manage the targets. It would make the program much more functional.

“I love it, but it often time out, which is annoying
Pros
I find it easy to write session notes, search for client info, and submit hours using this platform.
Cons
My biggest issue with the system is that it tends to time out, and sometimes I lose all my work because of it. I also think it would be really helpful if there was an option to add photos. That way, therapists could upload pictures of the children's work, making it easier for supervisors and parents to track their progress and understand how they are doing.

“Makes everything simple
Pros
The system was really easy to use, and managing the tests was simple too. I also loved how the tests were relevant and easy to understand. One of the things I really like is that each lesson includes a visual example, which makes everything so much clearer.
Cons
Instead of resuming where you left off, the system restarts from the beginning if you step away, which to me is frustrating.

Pros
It is incredibly user-friendly and comprehensive. I particularly like the feature that allows you to continue taking data offline.
Cons

“Benefit me a lot!!
Pros
Being able to pull program data into reports and create self-graphs is a huge advantage for me.
Cons
I did really like to see a program checklist for technicians that they can look at before starting to collect data like something that shows what skills were worked on in the previous session. Also, it would be helpful to have a report where technicians can see updates from supervisors, like notes, changes to programming and other updates. When I used to do paper data recording and session notes, the techs could read through the supervisor's notes and updates before starting their session and I think that would be really useful now too.
