Pros

Simple, no-nonsense, and incredibly intuitive EHR for optometry practices. Don’t know about larger settings but works great (for charting, billing, and compliance checks) for our four-person clinic.

Cons

Add more e-payment options to the billing portal (particularly for crypto payments).

I’m an Optometrist - and this is it!
Pros

I’ve worked as a certified ophthalmologist/optometrist for over 15 years. I signed up for Revolution EHR after reading scores of review accounts on different platforms and decided to take it up about a year ago. Since then, the system has been a breeze. I particularly like the retinal drawing tools included in the software – allow me to custom-fit patients’ lens measurements to the right contact design. Love it!

Cons

I’ve had a confusing encounter, recently, with one of their customer service reps contacted through the official website’s Contact Us page; the individual concerned seemed to suffer from a severe language barrier (because of which my request to sign up for a service add-on had to fall on deaf ears!).

Perfect for private practices
Pros

All the modules like scheduling, billing, ordering and insurance work well together. The design is intuitive and it works well for my optometry clinic.

Cons

I did not like the inventory sheets at first but they have improved.

Amazing company and staff
Pros

Exceptionally simple to use and includes an expansive cluster of features to assist with numerous day-by-day errands inside an active office.

Cons

It was confounding learning how to orchestrate the format but after a brief preparing session with Revolution EHR, it went well! The group is continuously accessible to assist and clarify any regions that I was struggling with.

It has a great learning curve and the customer support is also not the best. The sales team and finance department dont communicate which creates issues.

Pros

I wish the calendar feature was better. You can only look at one day at a time, it would be better if it was a week at a time visible instead.

Revolution EHR
Pros

In comparison to other software we’ve used in the past, we would choose RevolutionEHR as it is much better. They just need to fix a few bugs that the system has. It allows multiple users and is easy to use once you learn it. It is also able to retain a lot of data.

Cons

The customer support isn’t great, usually they don’t even respond. The system does crash a lot. Also, whenever there are updates the system runs slower.

The updates are precise and entering information is a breeze. Video information meetings are amazingly useful and increase comprehension of product to its latent capacity.

User-friendly
Pros

The system is user-friendly and very easy to learn and use. The requests are anything but difficult to do on this system. Taking appointments is extremely simple to do and you can place a ton of information in the demographics that you require for the patient data.

Cons

Sometimes the system gets really slow and just goes offline while we’re using it. It is actually something very annoying about it and slows our work.
