Very user friendly for sole practitioners

Pros

As a sole practitioner I find Sessions very user friendly. I rely on tools that streamline running my practice. Overall this app provides the efficiency and features I actually need every day.

Cons

Nothing major but I would really like group functionality added. I am hoping the team is already working on that feature for future updates.

user-friendly scheduling and billing

Pros

It is very user-friendly especially when I need to schedule appointments. Also, the invoicing/billing tool really helps me stay on top of and track incoming payments.

Cons

I wish it offered broader integrations with external platforms, then I could more smoothly connect and use it together with the other tools in my workflow.

A Clear, Comprehensive Record

Pros

One thing I really like is that it keeps a clear record of everything that's been done or discussed so nothing slips through the cracks.

Wonderfully affordable solution!

Pros

I'm pleasantly surprised by how affordable the prices are and the producers are so wonderful that they always put me at ease.

Cons

friendly and a telehealth lifesaver

Pros

Its really friendly and versatile to me. The support team has consistently been responsive and helpful when I've needed them. I like how smooth the platform is for my clients to use, with secure messaging, document uploads and templates that are simple to customize, plus billing and the telehealth features. When other services are acting up, I'm able to quickly send clients the telehealth link so we don't miss appointments. Since I don't bill insurance at this point, I can't comment on those particular features.

Cons

When I run group sessions via telehealth, there's a frustrating catch.. only three extra participants plus myself are allowed. I'd really love to see that limit increased so larger groups are possible. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Simple, direct and reasonably priced

Pros

What I appreciate is that it stays very simple and direct. I migrated from another HER and it's reasonably priced for me.

Smooth, respectful and supportive

Pros

Using this app has been incredibly smooth and user-friendly, I really appreciate the clean interface and that the available features meet all of my needs. It also means a lot to me that it respectfully supports LGBTQ+ clients by honoring preferred names and pronouns.

Cons

There are a few aspects that are not very smooth when I'm trying to submit insurance claims, particularly secondary claims. Still, I recognize that much of this confusion comes from how complicated insurance systems are in general and it's not something within Sessions Health's control.

Simple,feature-packed,affordable

Pros

I'm a big fan of how simple and user-friendly the system is , it's interactive, packed with useful features and keeps getting better with regular updates. Their support team is fast and friendly, billing is smooth (just a couple clicks to submit to insurers), the telehealth option works well and it's very affordable.

Cons

there really is not much I dislike, I have not regretted picking it and have even suggested it to several colleagues because it's been reliable and meets my needs.

Not as smooth as expected

it did make some tasks a little more convenient but it still was not compelling enough for me to continue using it.

I really like Sessions Health because it is so simple and easy to use. Also it saves me a bunch of time since I do not have to search around for categories or different tabs as I can jump straight to what I need. The recent features they've added have cut down on my workflow time even more and the pricing feels reasonable to me. So keep up the great work!

Occasionally my calls got disconnected while I was seeing a client which was frustrating, but over the past little while that seems to happen much less frequently.

Visually attractive and interactive tool

Pros

I'm impressed by how interactive it is, the layout is simple and visually attractive, I also appreciate the optional telehealth add-on and I think the price is fair for the features it provides.

Cons

There isn't a direct phone line for customer support though whenever I email them I get a prompt reply.
