I am disappointed that the software does not allow me to create my own forms or let clients create their own profiles (demographics). It also lacks an app version and the ability to link a calendar to Google which makes it seem less portable. Additionally, I cannot start a telehealth session from the calendar.

I am frustrated with the product functions. My personal phone number and address appear whenever I enter a new client or staff member. The costs associated with merging duplicate clients don't make sense, especially when dealing with multiple services. When I call customer service, sometimes no one answers and when they do, some reps do not have the answers to my questions.

It also captures the data I need for my practice and clients. Additionally, the features are very useful for business and tax planning.
