“Truly the worst”

It is near to impossible for me to say anything positive about this company due to my recent experience with them.
Cons
My company has used ShareNote for over 10 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, as everything went digital, ShareNote had its chance to shine. However, due to a glitch in their system, all our notes appeared as if they were signed at midnight. This led Medicaid to assume we were fraudulent and withhold our funding. We reached out to ShareNote about the issue but we received no response. The lack of professionalism and accountability is absurd. Because of this issue, my company has gone from over 150 to just 35 and may have to file for bankruptcy and close. Behavioral and mental health facilities aren't in it for the glamour as we serve vulnerable populations because we care. Now, we might have to switch fields due to ShareNotes lack of accountability. I strongly recommend finding another system, as ShareNote could cost you everything and leave you with nothing, even when they're at fault. I do not recommend it.

“Reliable software solution”
Pros
It definitely makes taking notes and updating them a hundred times easier and more convenient. I would say purchasing shareNote EHR is one of the best business investments Ive made! Very impressive work.
Cons
It does take longer if I use it on my desktop device than when I use it on my mobile phone. It should be optimized on the desktop as well.

Pros
To be honest, the software is super user-friendly and manageable. Their customer support is very admirable, they are very responsive and help solve the problem in no longer than 24 hours. ShareNote EHR also helps us keep track of performances which is very important in an organization like ours. I also love their patient portal, its very organized and easily managed.
Cons
Nothing to say here, the system is very responsive to the needs of its users. Impressive work.

I really like the ease of operation and the willingness of Sharenote to help with any problems. They always call to make sure the issue is resolved and to check if I need anything else.
Cons
I find that some screens, like the Contact Information screen, require me to save information individually and then save again when finished which can be confusing.

It is very user-friendly and easy to learn. Also, Sharenote gives me a complete set of tools, like document management, custom reports, a patient portal, scheduling, e-prescribing, electronic billing, and telehealth.
Cons

I would prefer the program software to go directly to ShareNote instead of the "oops" screen. Its an easy fix that should have been done a long time ago. I did also like to access physicians notes to stay updated on client progress, diagnosis and medications.

I find the reporting system easy to use. It lets me generate an Excel sheet to pivot data and the dashboard provides a solid reporting system for managers.
Cons
The software does not allow me to return to the patients chart once a note is open. I have to go back to the dashboard and start over.

Pros
The product is easy for me to use, and the layout helps me quickly find what I need. I get notifications about updates and important details, which keeps me informed. There are very few errors, and technical issues are rare.
Cons
The only drawback I find is in the BIRP Note center. Often, when I need to go back to a previous page, it reloads as a blank page which causes the notes to disappear I selected. I then have to exit the page and come back in to select the notes again.

I like the inbuilt features they have, they are pretty sufficient. You need time to get the hang of it but once you do its pretty simple and manageable.

This software is a definite winner for me! I love the ease of customisation and the fact that all the information is properly arranged at one place with easy access for patients. Its also secure and contact less so all the patients are really happy with it too.
Cons
