Pros
The support and implementation team at sigmund is the best. Though rolling out the upgraded AURA program was not without its challenges but their guidance and hands-on help made sure everything went smoothly in the end for us.
Cons
I feel like the move from sigmund to AURA could have been handled more smoothly as it felt a bit rocky at times.

“Integration was really tough”
Pros
Having web-based access is really convenient. Also I like that you can color-code providers as it makes things visually clear and organized.
Cons
Unfortunately, the integration process was more demanding than expected. The transition required considerable effort, the setup timeline was extended and we were disappointed to find that several promoted features were not included in the actual rollout.

Pros
What we value most in Aura elevate is the golden Thread feature within the eHR as it's the main reason we chose this product over others. We also really appreciate the built-in forms that let us sign documents digitally instead of using paper and the contact portal that makes it easy to share updates quickly and securely with referents and contacts.
Cons
one of the biggest frustrations comes from a feature we actually like. Because forms are embedded for signatures and tied to the golden Thread, the team has to manually add every item to the system. That slows things down and makes it hard to quickly update forms or add new assessments.

I really like that there are templates available as they make note-writing much faster and simpler.
Cons
I'd appreciate greater customization in the system, such as setting DAp notes as the default format and presetting notes to non-billable to better align with my workflow. Additionally, I've encountered an issue where treatment plan objectives no longer appear in my notes. While the system has potential, its current limitations and unexpected complexities make it feel less user-friendly than intended.

Pros
The thing I really like is the note function as it is a real time-saver and super helpful.
Cons
There is no way to securely store credit card info for automatic payments. That means our clinical team has to spend extra time handling client payments something they really should not be doing.

To be honest, we have not launched yet as we are still in the training phase. We meet every week for charting and billing sessions and it's slowly starting to click for me. I learn best by doing, so once we dive deeper into the system, I will get a much better feel for how it works. so far though everything is going well.

“Give this a try!”
Pros
Initially I was hesitant due to the overly helpful and pleasant 'sales' team. Thus I asked for multiple meetings and took ample time with the investment. Thankfully they were quite patient during this whole process. The team has an effortless onboarding process attentive listening and amazing customization skills to align the product according to your individual needs. Although many things went awry after the soft launch they diligently worked with me to resolve all the issues. The team's responsiveness and assistance were exemplary. As a result I'm completely satisfied with their product and customer service.
Cons
Although a multitude of companies can have their assessments and forms uploaded there is currently no collective repository of available options. As a result, it can be frustrating at first to figure out which preloaded items will work best for your organization.
