Pros

Having ICP definition, TAM mapping and lead list building all in one platform has been really useful. Another big plus is being able to handle the whole workflow directly within Claude code through the CLI which makes it even more convenient.

Cons

Since the product is still in an early stage some core functionality and features are still being developed. I'd also really like the option to upload a CSV file or scrape LinkedIn engagement.

Pros

Using this program has been pretty easy and the interface is user friendly. Having previously worked with Kipu and Best Notes, Aura feels like a really good middle-ground option in terms of value.

Cons

Getting even small corrections handled is frustratingly difficult. I have to submit an IT ticket, wait for someone to respond and then go through several back-and-forth conversations just to make a simple note change.

Pros

One of the biggest wins we've had with Aura is the combination of strong compliance guardrails and complete visibility into our data. It has allowed us to build compliance directly into the day-to-day service delivery process and chart updates by using the built-in safeguards available in the platform. On top of that, Aura gives us access to data across almost every part of the care journey, from scheduling and service delivery to billing and collections. There's virtually nothing we can't pull data on to better understand what's happening. That level of visibility was a gamechanger for our organization because it gave us the insight we needed to understand the business on a much deeper level and clearly identify where adjustments and improvements were needed. Without Aura, we wouldn't have the same level of data-driven management that we rely on today.

Cons

At the same time because Aura tries to cover so many parts of the business as an all-in-one solution some areas feel less developed than competing products. Its CRM and patient engagement tools, in particular, fall well behind what some other vendors currently offer. There are also workflows especially around scheduling, that could be much more efficient and require fewer clicks to complete. That has been a recurring point of feedback from our center-based staff.
