“Worst company.
Pros
While the automation for recall reminders and appointment notifications via email and text was a nice feature, it was somewhat unreliable.
Cons
The software is unreliable. The company's staff seemed focused solely on their commission and were unhelpful when assistance was needed. Using this system actually cost me more money than it helped me make.

Cons

Pros
The ease of use and quick communication capabilities are what I like the most about SolutionReach. In an era where many patients avoid unknown calls, reaching them via text simplifies the process.
Cons
What is my least favorite aspect of Solution Reach? Well occasionally, reaching patients through their landline can be challenging. Apart from this, I have no complaints about using this software as it has greatly assisted our office.

The ease of use, range of options and customizable communication and scheduling features are noteworthy. Customer service is consistent, quick and helpful.
Cons

“Very unhappy with this company.
Pros
The software excellently sent out reminders and recalls to patients as intended.
Cons
The company's control was extreme. Attempts to customize settings were overruled by the company. The service felt overpriced for what it offered. The biggest issue arose when we were assured, we wouldn't be under contract after a year, yet faced difficulties canceling. The company continued charging us monthly, even reactivating patients we had deactivated.

I like its synchronization with my dental software as it allows easy access to patient appointments, reminders (including birthdays), and surveys.

It cannot link the survey to my Google reviews which is a limitation and should not be there
