SolutionReach has been instrumental in enhancing our patient engagement strategies. It has provided us with multiple avenues to better connect with our patients and potential patients. The software's messaging capabilities have significantly expanded our communication options.
Cons
While SolutionReach has been a valuable tool we would love to have the ability to offer online patient appointment scheduling. Unfortunately it doesn't integrate seamlessly with our EMR system. However we continue to monitor the platform for updates and improvements.

While using Solutionreach EHR, weve been able to be more attentive to our patients with the help of this software; while scheduling appointments and submitting test results, Solutionreach has really helped us through it all!

There are some minor issues with the insurance claims and they are still pending.

This software has everything we would need from an EHR and we appreciate that very much. Our crunching time is cut in half because of the useful billing and insurance claims management module.
Cons
Our calls often do not go through to the customer center and I dont know what that is about, we need support asap.

This software really made my job easier, it takes out all the stress of setting an appointment and managing it. It also reminds the clients by sending constant reminders which takes out the need of making several calls.
Cons
Not very user friendly. Need a lot of time to figure things out at first but it makes sense when you get use to it.

I love how this software keeps me up to date about my appointments and meetings and their customer service is one of the best there is.
Cons
It sometimes keep sending reminders if you dont set the number of reminders you need which can be annoying sometimes.

We are stuck with an unresponsive software that takes a long time to load. There are limited customization options and none of them apply to an oncology practice.

Server communication errors often pop up and we have not been able to figure out why that happens.
