Good Software Product

Pros

Solutionreach is an easy system for me to navigate. Seeing the conversation thread is invaluable to me.

Cons

I faced occasional errors while sending messages and some system issues, which created problems.

Poor product

Pros

The web-based aspect is the only pro for me. However, the ease of use was lacking. Often, I had to call customer service, wait on hold for 20 minutes, and then maybe they could help. Emails were very slow to respond to, if they responded at all.

Cons

As a sales agent dealing with customer service in the Philippines, I found it to be the worst. They kept charging me for Solutionreach even after I stopped using it. It's a terrible company with terrible ethics and business philosophy.

Loving it after our first year

I find that the system for patient communication is exceptionally intuitive and straightforward, making it very easy for me to use effectively.

Horrible Company

Pros

There was nothing I liked; everything was difficult and not user-friendly.

Cons

Customer service and ease of use were disappointing. The text messages have a character limit, and getting out of a contract was difficult for me.

Horrid Company

Pros

NOT FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH DENTRIX

Pros

The cost was reasonable for the product, and I was led to believe it was fully compatible with Dentrix.

Cons

It is not fully compatible with Dentrix, despite their claims. I can't use all the features I'd like.

Avoid their long term contracts and fine print

Pros

I liked the price they promised me and that they promised never to raise it because I helped with beta testing, but when the new [sensitive content hidden] took over, they tripled my price in one year with no warning.

Cons

They locked me into an auto-renewing contract, and when I tried to get out of it, they dragged their feet and continued billing me for months after I disconnected. Then they chased me for the money because they didn't stop their servers from sending messages.

Settled for Niche Industry Focused Platform

Pros

They are aware other clients have run into the same issues looking for the same results. While not entirely 24/7, I can reach someone during work hours pretty fast. The templates provided are basic but a good start if I have no background in marketing.

Cons

The platform is not fully developed, so I often had to reach out for help. I could reach someone right away, but it took 3-4 hours to solve one task. The representatives didn't seem knowledgeable because they only sent me articles that didn't always answer my questions.

Solutionreach's reporting features are good and easy to use. It is easy for me to track open rates and other useful information for my campaigns.

Cons

Customer support and reliability were awful. I left because I could not count on them, and when they made mistakes, they didn't admit it, which was very frustrating.

Good tool

Pros

We used it in the past, but I quickly saw that it was very expensive. It has great features but became pricey for our small office.

Cons

If this product actually works, it is hit or miss for me.

Cons

It stopped sending reminders for 2-3 weeks, then glitched and sent too many reminders, causing many customers to complain and reply "STOP." It doesn't auto-sync as claimed; I have to manually sync the schedule almost daily, and it only updates twice daily, so it doesn't capture changes in a respectable amount of time.

Stay away from Solutionreach

Pros

This software was great when we first got it, but now probably less than 5% of people are getting their notifications. They told us we would have to pay more for T-Mobile, and now our Verizon patients are not getting notified either. Customer service is terrible.

Cons

It completely ceased to function, and when I sought assistance, no one was able to provide any help. The only response they offered was to increase my charges.

Updated system but still out dated

Their features are amazing but they have limited capabilities.

It's crazy that their system limits the number of characters in a text or reminder to approximately 65. With the system I have been using, it is limitless.

I found it particularly beneficial how this product effectively streamlined my daily schedule by taking care of repetitive tasks such as confirming appointments, allowing me to focus more on other important aspects of my work.

I don't use Solutionreach anymore; I use Weave now. I wish Solutionreach had the products that Weave has, like texting.

Patient Engagement

Pros

SolutionReach has been instrumental in enhancing our patient engagement strategies. It has provided us with multiple avenues to better connect with our patients and potential patients. The software's messaging capabilities have significantly expanded our communication options.

Cons

While SolutionReach has been a valuable tool we would love to have the ability to offer online patient appointment scheduling. Unfortunately it doesn't integrate seamlessly with our EMR system. However we continue to monitor the platform for updates and improvements.
