Solutionreach elevates our customer service

Pros

The messaging ability of the platform was easy for me to incorporate and is utilized by all team members from any computer in the office. This increases our ability to work as a team and not rely solely on just a couple of team members sitting in the business area.

Cons

Occasionally, I experience glitches where the communication software lags, causing me to miss messages from patients.

predatory contracting horrible service

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company. They avoid you after you sign up with them.

Cons

This company is horrible. If you're lucky enough not to need to contact them, great, but if you need help, they won't be there, and you'll end up paying for something that doesn't work. Think twice.

Made Life Easier!

Pros

This software really made my job easier, it takes out all the stress of setting an appointment and managing it. It also reminds the clients by sending constant reminders which takes out the need of making several calls.

Cons

Not very user friendly. Need a lot of time to figure things out at first but it makes sense when you get use to it.

Effective and Resourceful

Pros

I love how this software keeps me up to date about my appointments and meetings and their customer service is one of the best there is.

Cons

It sometimes keep sending reminders if you dont set the number of reminders you need which can be annoying sometimes.

Problems!

Pros

I loved the ability to text back and forth with patients. I find patients answer a text more than a phone call.

Cons

I had an issue with my messages going out. Customer service was unhelpful. I wanted to give a higher review, but it's been three weeks without appointment reminders going out, and I have no idea when it will be fixed.

Pathetic Support

Pros

It works the few days that the scheduling system and Solutionreach are able to sync.

Cons

The sync with my scheduling system is always down, and reminders don't go out. I feel like I'm paying SolutionReach for patients not to show up. The techs don't know how to restore the sync when it's down. It was down for 14 days in March and has been down for 19 days in April. Does this sound like a company you'd want to do business with?

It was great initially and they convinced us that it is the right solution for us during training

Pros

Makes office work easier!

Pros

You can send text reminders to patients from within the software which makes communication super easy. Their customer care chat support is also very convenient.

Cons

Server communication errors often pop up and we have not been able to figure out why that happens.

Horrendous customer service

Pros

When this software works, it's great. The issue is that it often doesn't work, and it is impossible to get customer service. There are 13 negative reviews on the BBB page and 20 complaints. This has been a complete waste of money. We are moving on to an alternative company.

Cons

Customer service, as I've mentioned, is terrible. They don't care about your business, aren't professional, and it's impossible to get in touch with someone who can help.

Reliable reminders and easy communication

Pros

Many options were available. Our office didn't utilize all of them, but they were there if we wanted to use them. The information extracted and implanted into our dental software was integrated well.

Solutionreach

Pros

Patient communication has never been so effective, smooth, and successful as when using this product! Patient response with this software is so much better than other programs we have used in the past. Also, the decrease in no-shows was unbelievable once we put this software in place!

Cons

Integrating the software and getting all team members on the same page with its utilization was challenging. However, customer support helped personalize the program for different departments, making it much easier and really exciting for everyone to work with the software.

Non existent customer service

Pros

I love the two-way texting with patients and the capability for patients to text photos. I also love the "huddle" feature in conversations that allows us to create private or public groups amongst staff and message each other.

Cons

It was deceptive to think I'd have a customer service rep available after the onboarding specialist helped us get started. Thankfully, I'm a very quick learner, so I managed to learn the system independently. As the manager of communications and the program trainer in my office, I had to deal with non-existent syncs, constant lies about follow-ups, zero follow-through from case managers, support techs, or management, 30-minute minimum hold times when calling, and days without email responses. I could not customize the preset templates enough, promised four syncs a day but got maybe one or two, and had to block outdated reminders that somehow still got sent out.
