“easy documentation workflow
Pros
What I appreciate most is how easy this tool's medical documentation system feels since it lets me finish all of my notes during my regular work hours instead of forcing me to catch up on them off the clock.
Cons
In my experience they've had a few issues with billing and invoices in the past and those occasional errors have been a frustrating aspect of using the service.

“simple interface, quick onboarding
Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple the interface is and how rapidly I can finish documentation tasks because this lets me onboard new staff to the EMR quickly while keeping documentation errors to an absolute minimum.
Cons
Sometimes I notice occasional glitches when I have too many tabs open and that instability can disrupt my workflow so I end up having to close and reopen the program to get it working properly.

Pros
I really appreciate their outstanding customer support, they respond quickly to any questions or concerns, actively work to resolve problems as they come up and there's never a delay in issuing bills while collections are handled efficiently.
Cons
I've noticed there isn't much formal training provided for the EMR so I ended up learning a lot by trial and error as I used it but on the plus side it's really simple to ping their team on Slack with any EMR questions and I consistently receive fast, helpful replies.

Pros
Because reimbursements are processed more quickly and customer service has noticeably improved I'm experiencing far less stress overall which allows me to stay focused on delivering patient care.

“collaborative and efficient implementation

From the outset our interactions with the team have felt exceptionally collaborative as they consistently listened and showed a real commitment to addressing the significant issues we faced with our previous EMR, their responsiveness and determination to find solutions made a noticeable difference. They keep communication clear and frequent giving the impression that the whole team is on hand whenever we have requests, questions or concerns. The platform itself is simple and has noticeably improved efficiency across our front-desk, clinical and billing teams. Migrating and integrating our data was both smooth and accurate and I appreciate that this tool continually solicits customer feedback and regularly rolls out new and enhanced features. We are thoroughly pleased with our decision to switch to this platform.
Cons
It has been very open to the customizations we've asked for but I will say that some of those tweaks have required a few days and several iterations before they were just right, patience was sometimes necessary. We did come across a few small bumps early on with integrations like scanning and faxing, yet those problems were sorted out quickly. Generally speaking whenever I've run into an issue this tool has been persistent and methodical about resolving it which has reassured me that they follow through on their commitments.

I found the customer support to be outstanding and incredibly prompt in their responses which really impressed me.
Cons

Using this tool has been a real game-changer in how I and my colleagues handle our company's daily operations because it has improved therapist workflows and efficiency while also making billing and administrative tasks noticeably easier, the overall impact touches every aspect of our routine work. On top of that it feels very AI-forward to me offering advanced capabilities that I haven't seen matched in my experience working with electronic medical records for both large institutions and smaller organizations.
Cons
Switching to any EMR inevitably involves an adjustment period for everyone on the team and I definitely felt that when we moved to this tool which required time for clinicians and admin staff to get comfortable with the new workflows. Nonetheless my impression is that it rolls out features and updates far more smoothly than other EMRs I've used making the transition less painful overall.

“Highly customizable platform
Pros
What I really value is the degree of customization we've managed to create a setup that fits our needs and whenever I raise an issue their replies come back in under twenty-four hours.
Cons
We did have to spend some time aligning with the team since understanding each other's perspectives required us to work through certain cultural differences before we could be fully on the same page.

“Quick issue resolution
Pros
We're big fans of how customizable the platform is and being able to ping the team through Slack for quick answers makes a tangible difference in getting issues resolved quickly while I have noticed that larger or more complex requests naturally require more lead time, the team's responsiveness on smaller issues is consistently prompt. The product keeps shipping new features that genuinely align user interactions and smooth workflow bottlenecks and when something needs a deeper conversation, scheduling a virtual meeting with the staff has been extremely helpful compared with trying to sort everything out over Slack or email. My patients tell me they value the text and email reminders and find paying bills online easy and the ability to color-code appointments by type or clinician makes scanning the schedule far simpler. The little icons for co-pays, appointment types and status save time when reviewing the calendar and I appreciate that the system flags missing information especially around billing and units billed. There's also a useful function that helps me find any open or unstarted follow-up SOAP notes, evaluations or re-evaluations so that charting and billing don't slip through the cracks. Overall these touches add up to a noticeably smoother administrative experience for our team and help reduce missed charges.
Cons
There are still parts of the system that feel less optimized for day-to-day efficiency and I often notice some duplication in the information we're asking patients to provide during intake which could be tightened up. From time to time, as with any EMR or tech platform, we run into occasional glitches but in my experience these are infrequent and usually can be fixed quickly with a Slack message to support, nevertheless, it would be nice if some of these edge-case errors were rarer. The main splash page or homepage could be better organized to make more efficient use of the available screen space since unnecessary border margins eat into real estate and make the dashboard feel less dense than it could be. Finally although it's uncommon, the turnaround on requests for corrections or modifications can sometimes be longer or require additional follow-up on our end which is frustrating when I'm just trying to get a small fix implemented.

For my clinic this EMR has been impressive. Overall it's simple, highly customizable to our workflows and the team's support has noticeably improved our collections and shortened the time it takes for payments to come in.
Cons
I've noticed it doesn't include as many built-in reports as some other EMR systems I've used but the team is actively developing and rolling out new reports every week so the reporting capabilities are steadily improving.

What stands out most for my clinic is how customizable the system is and how the team genuinely listens to our specific needs. Their customer service has been the best I've experienced, the onboarding process was remarkably smooth and the pricing is far more reasonable than WebPT without surprise add-on charges.
Cons
It isn't quite as refined as some of the more established EMR platforms yet and in my opinion there are areas where it could be more polished to match those longer-running competitors.

For me their customer support has been consistently outstanding, responsive, helpful and dependable. The EMR supports continuity of care, the HEP tool lets me send programs directly to patients and the SOAP notes are detailed yet simple to complete.
Cons
What I'd really like to see is an integrated "store" capability to handle cash-based services because we sell items like bandages and offer modalities such as laser and shockwave therapy, yet the current system doesn't allow me to track or account for those sales so I'm forced to manage them in Excel. A patient portal would also be a big improvement in my opinion giving us a way to communicate with patients directly and allowing them to post reviews from within the same platform instead of relying on outside tools.

“Drastically reduced documentation time
Pros
A major benefit for my practice has been the drastic reduction in documentation time per patient. What once took around thirty minutes now takes roughly seven allowing our team to focus more on patient care instead of paperwork.
Cons
Not a con but few suggestions.... I do recognize that it is still relatively new to the EMR space so it's understandable that it has some areas to grow into and from my experience there are several important capabilities currently absent that would make it far more useful for practice management, for example, I would really like to see stronger integration options with other clinical and office systems so that workflows and data exchange could be aligned across platforms. I'm also convinced that more sophisticated patient communication features would greatly improve our ability to connect with patients, scheduling messages, secure messaging and automated reminders would all help us engage patients more effectively and save staff time. On top of that, I believe adding inventory management tools to track medical supplies and consumables would address a critical operational need, helping reduce stockouts and administrative overhead. If this tool adds these elements it would feel much closer to a complete, all-in-one solution that practices like mine could rely on for both clinical and administrative tasks.

Customization has been especially helpful for my team and the hands-on technical guidance, including go-live support, made the transition much easier for both clinical and billing staff.
Cons
My team and I felt considerable stress during the go-live transition because we didn't have earlier access to the system and I believe that being able to preview and tweak layouts before the official go-live date would have allowed us to make important adjustments ahead of clinical use.

For my operations their attentiveness to user feedback has been invaluable. Updates consistently reflect real clinical needs and the added transparency around billing and metrics helps me make smarter decisions for the clinic.
Cons
We're aware that this platform remains a work in progress and that the team is still sorting out some persistent bugs and kinks in the platform but that reality was clear to us from the start and it hasn't prevented us from adopting or enjoying the system, given that the product is constantly evolving, come across ing occasional glitches feels expected rather than deal-breaking.
