great team support

Pros

The team including customer support has played an absolutely central role in both the early stages and ongoing growth of our business and I've relied on them heavily.

Cons

NO cons. I really appreciate that they are always on hand and respond quickly whenever problems crop up and even when I've asked them to check particular items without expecting a prompt reply, they've often turned around those small fixes faster than I anticipated which genuinely makes me feel supported and valued as a service provider running a new startup business and it gives me confidence moving forward.

clean & adaptable eMR

Pros

As a physical therapist who runs a cash-based practice this platform has genuinely been the best EMR experience I've used and I keep coming back to it because the interface is so clean, simple and adaptable to the quirks of my business model. The platform feels thoughtfully designed with enough flexibility to accommodate the specific workflows and billing nuances I need, yet it never feels cluttered or awkward to navigate. What impresses me most though, is the team's attention to detail and their willingness to collaborate on customizations, anytime I've asked for tweaks to forms or workflow adjustments, they responded quickly and worked with me until everything fit my process exactly. My customer success manager, Snehal, deserves special mention, from the very first interaction she has been outstanding, listening carefully, communicating clearly, following up reliably and proactively ensuring that things run smoothly. Having someone so dependable and genuinely invested in my success has had a huge, positive impact on how efficiently I run my practice. If you want an EMR that actually supports the way you deliver care, it is the one I would recommend without hesitation.

Cons

I'd really like the ability to modify the EMR's structure myself similar to what some other vendors offer because being able to make immediate, hands-on changes would speed up workflow tweaks. But I understand that a feature to enable this is reportedly in development so I'm hopeful it will arrive soon.

elevated our practice with excellent support

Pros

Using it for my Physical Therapy practice has genuinely elevated how I run things, the platform and their customer support are among the best I've experienced. They refine the interface based on feedback, make custom adjustments for my clinic quickly, respond within 24 hours and even manage my billing and credentialing smoothly. Since I run a small clinic part-time, the AI tools and documentation features have been both affordable and genuinely impactful helping me grow my business while cutting down the hours I spend on admin work.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much that I dislike about this tool. However I have noticed that a few of the AI-driven documentation features can behave unpredictably at times and exhibit bugs which is frustrating when I'm trying to move quickly but in my experience the team has resolved most of those issues as the product continues to evolve so the problems have been diminishing rather than persistent.

AI documentation boosts workflow

Pros

The AI-assisted documentation has turned out to be a complete game changer for my workflow dramatically reducing the time spent creating and updating documents which has been a huge relief.

Cons

The onboarding felt somewhat unstructured to me and I would have really appreciated a more hands-on, guided experience during the initial setup so I could get up to speed faster.

Fast and reliable eMR

Pros

Launching my first clinic a few months ago pushed me to choose this tool and the decision has held up well. The system is fast, clean, simple and noticeably more reliable than the EMRs I used in previous roles. Technical issues have been rare, downtime nonexistent so far and whenever small quirks pop up, the support team handles them quickly despite the time-zone gap.

Cons

Some parts of the SOAP notes are in places I'm not accustomed to, goals, for example, show up under assessment rather than the plan but from what I can tell this may be configurable and it hasn't caused me any real problems during charting. At times it can be a little unclear who the right contact is for a specific concern yet when I message the support team through my direct chat channel I'm usually routed to the correct person within a reasonable timeframe so that workaround has worked well enough.

Simple documentation and billing

Pros

What really stands out for me is how easily documentation and billing are integrated. Their team handles billing when I hand it off and the customer support is consistently excellent. Weekly billing meetings keep communication tight, AI Scribe speeds up notes and tools like the efax reader make scheduling and new-patient setup much easier for clinicians.

Cons

When I'm going through the AR and Patient collection reports it's tough to get to the Charge ID so I can view the ERA or claim history or jump straight to the patient's billing area because the report doesn't link directly to those details. At the moment I have to close the report, switch to the patient tab, search for the individual, open their account, drill into the billing section and then click the Charge ID to pull up the information I need which interrupts my workflow and feels unnecessarily time-consuming.

Responsive, attentive support team

Pros

Responsiveness and attention to detail from their support team make me feel as though someone is actively partnering with me. They understand the field, offer smart suggestions before I even ask and support me fully when I choose to implement them.

Cons

While the AI components excel at producing the note I wish the platform would allow the entire SOAP note, interventions included, to be generated and accepted by AI rather than requiring freehand input.

smooth scheduling but few bugs

Pros

Since switching to this tool the efficiency has been a major upgrade. Thorough documentation no longer feels rushed and patients can adjust their own appointments which has made the entire scheduling flow far more flexible. I've even recommended it to colleagues because of how smoothly everything runs.

Cons

There are some general bugs that are still being worked out and while I expect those kinks will be resolved over time, they can be annoying in daily use. A handful of my patients have also experienced trouble with payments processing. Additionally, I'm not certain whether it's a browser issue on my end but I frequently have to refresh this tool because my schedule won't repopulate after I finish documenting a patient which disrupts my workflow.

centralized and easy navigation

Pros

For my day-to-day tasks having everything centralized makes navigation easy and helps me switch between documentation sections quickly saving time when I'm searching for specific details.

Cons

I have noticed sometimes the system sometimes behaves glitchily and because of that patients end up being able to set up duplicate profiles which creates confusion and extra cleanup work.

flexible templates but has scheduling glitches

Pros

The easy templates and generous free-text fields suit me well especially since they avoid the restrictive checkbox-heavy setups other EMRs use.

Cons

However I've noticed occasional glitches. For example when I type a patient's name to schedule an appointment the system sometimes creates a brand-new case unintentionally which disrupts my workflow and requires extra cleanup.

access from anywhere

Pros

As a user I love being able to access my schedule from anywhere and view billing details instantly when patients call. The self-scheduling, insurance-verification tabs and authorization tracking have removed so much administrative friction and the documentation layout is clean and simple.

Cons

I'd appreciate a feature that warns patients when their authorizations are about to expire and prevents them from booking appointments beyond their existing authorization within their chart which would help avoid overlooked tasks and additionally, it would be very helpful if I could place scheduling blocks from my phone when I'm away from the office.

Simple and all-in-one workflow

Pros

Navigating the interface is simple for me and being able to document visits, verify insurance and collect copays all in one place makes my workflow easy.

Cons

Pros

In my experience it cuts documentation time dramatically turning the process into something manageable rather than draining.

Cons

convenient patient coordination

Pros

I've found it incredibly convenient to coordinate and manage a POC and I appreciate that patients can handle much of this independently as well.

Cons

When it comes to scheduling I feel there should be a wider range of viewing options and controls and I would also like the ability to send an appointment card via text message or email.

Fast, easy note-taking

Pros

For my workflow note-taking has become fast and easy and the authorization alerts help ensure patients are always renewed on time which has been extremely helpful.

Cons

The patient emails are overly long and verbose and I've noticed that many patients struggle to log in when trying to schedule appointments.

simple organized, task management

Pros

This app has been a major asset for me and my team, simple, capable and great at keeping everyone organized and aligned as we tackle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Uncluttered, easy-to-learn layout

Pros

What I appreciate is how easy and uncluttered the layout is because it doesn't feel convoluted or overwhelming and I find it extremely simple to learn and move around.

Cons

I'd like more control over how my schedule screen is customized and I wish I could easily review prior come across s within patient profiles, seeing every scheduled visit both upcoming and past, along with clear details about when and by whom appointments were set up (for example, booked online versus entered by a clinician).

aligned documentation process

Pros

I find the documentation process really easy since it automatically carries forward details from my previous session which speeds up finishing my daily note and lets me quickly add or remove anything I don't need.

Cons

Every so often there are glitches in the notes that force me to delete the appointment and begin again and I also notice it can be slow to load at times.

Reduced admin burden, faster notes

Pros

Using this tool has stripped away so much of the administrative burden that I've regained a lot of time to devote to my patients and other clinical responsibilities and because I'm consistently caught up on documentation, I can usually complete a daily note in one to two minutes and finish an evaluation in under ten minutes.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything about this platform that bothers me although I would like the verify eligibility tool to also have the option to automatically generate a patient chart from the retrieved data so that I don't need to manually enter the same information twice during intake.

User-friendly, efficient interface

Pros

I've found the interface very user-friendly and think it provides an aligned efficient way to enter clinical documentation especially because it's specifically designed to support outpatient therapy workflows.

Cons

Overall very few complaints from my side. However adding smart-phrases and the ability to use tables or grid-style layouts would help me more effectively organize and review objective data within my notes.
