I'd really like the ability to modify the EMR's structure myself similar to what some other vendors offer because being able to make immediate, hands-on changes would speed up workflow tweaks. But I understand that a feature to enable this is reportedly in development so I'm hopeful it will arrive soon.

Honestly there isn't much that I dislike about this tool. Some parts of the SOAP notes are in places I'm not accustomed to, goals, for example, show up under assessment rather than the plan but from what I can tell this may be configurable and it hasn't caused me any real problems during charting. At times it can be a little unclear who the right contact is for a specific concern yet when I message the support team through my direct chat channel I'm usually routed to the correct person within a reasonable timeframe so that workaround has worked well enough.

What really stands out for me is how easily documentation and billing are integrated. Their team handles billing when I hand it off and the customer support is consistently excellent. Weekly billing meetings keep communication tight, AI Scribe speeds up notes and tools like the efax reader make scheduling and new-patient setup much easier for clinicians.
Cons
When I'm going through the AR and Patient collection reports it's tough to get to the Charge ID so I can view the ERA or claim history or jump straight to the patient's billing area because the report doesn't link directly to those details. At the moment I have to close the report, switch to the patient tab, search for the individual, open their account, drill into the billing section and then click the Charge ID to pull up the information I need which interrupts my workflow and feels unnecessarily time-consuming.

There are some general bugs that are still being worked out and while I expect those kinks will be resolved over time, they can be annoying in daily use. We're big fans of how customizable the platform is and being able to ping the team through Slack for quick answers makes a tangible difference in getting issues resolved quickly while I have noticed that larger or more complex requests naturally require more lead time, the team's responsiveness on smaller issues is consistently prompt. The product keeps shipping new features that genuinely align user interactions and smooth workflow bottlenecks and when something needs a deeper conversation, scheduling a virtual meeting with the staff has been extremely helpful compared with trying to sort everything out over Slack or email. My patients tell me they value the text and email reminders and find paying bills online easy and the ability to color-code appointments by type or clinician makes scanning the schedule far simpler. The little icons for co-pays, appointment types and status save time when reviewing the calendar and I appreciate that the system flags missing information especially around billing and units billed. There's also a useful function that helps me find any open or unstarted follow-up SOAP notes, evaluations or re-evaluations so that charting and billing don't slip through the cracks. Overall these touches add up to a noticeably smoother administrative experience for our team and help reduce missed charges.
Cons
There are still parts of the system that feel less optimized for day-to-day efficiency and I often notice some duplication in the information we're asking patients to provide during intake which could be tightened up. From time to time, as with any EMR or tech platform, we run into occasional glitches but in my experience these are infrequent and usually can be fixed quickly with a Slack message to support, nevertheless, it would be nice if some of these edge-case errors were rarer. The main splash page or homepage could be better organized to make more efficient use of the available screen space since unnecessary border margins eat into real estate and make the dashboard feel less dense than it could be. Finally although it's uncommon, the turnaround on requests for corrections or modifications can sometimes be longer or require additional follow-up on our end which is frustrating when I'm just trying to get a small fix implemented.

What I'd really like to see is an integrated "store" capability to handle cash-based services because we sell items like bandages and offer modalities such as laser and shockwave therapy, yet the current system doesn't allow me to track or account for those sales so I'm forced to manage them in Excel. A patient portal would also be a big improvement in my opinion giving us a way to communicate with patients directly and allowing them to post reviews from within the same platform instead of relying on outside tools.

Not a con but few suggestions.... I do recognize that it is still relatively new to the EMR space so it's understandable that it has some areas to grow into and from my experience there are several important capabilities currently absent that would make it far more useful for practice management, for example, I would really like to see stronger integration options with other clinical and office systems so that workflows and data exchange could be aligned across platforms. I'm also convinced that more sophisticated patient communication features would greatly improve our ability to connect with patients, scheduling messages, secure messaging and automated reminders would all help us engage patients more effectively and save staff time. On top of that, I believe adding inventory management tools to track medical supplies and consumables would address a critical operational need, helping reduce stockouts and administrative overhead. If this tool adds these elements it would feel much closer to a complete, all-in-one solution that practices like mine could rely on for both clinical and administrative tasks.

We're aware that this platform remains a work in progress and that the team is still sorting out some persistent bugs and kinks in the platform but that reality was clear to us from the start and it hasn't prevented us from adopting or enjoying the system, given that the product is constantly evolving, come across ing occasional glitches feels expected rather than deal-breaking.

Automatic saving has been a lifesaver during busy days, giving me peace of mind and preventing lost work while the combined scheduling and documentation tools keep everything aligned in one place.
Cons
I've noticed it can take a while to load objective measures at times and when I switch between them other panes get closed unexpectedly which ends up slowing my charting workflow noticeably.

“Unified system improves productivity
Pros
Our entire practice has benefited from using a unified system, billing, EMR and HEP together which has improved productivity, improved cash flow and made tracking denials and incomplete claims far easier. Implementation across locations was smooth with no lag and the interface remains user-friendly for everyone.
Cons
The EMR still has a few rough edges they're working through and we're keenly anticipating more functionality from the AI component so the system can deliver even more value.
