With Storii, I learn about family stories I didn't know existed. I can create an interactive life story using this concept. The website allows me to quickly and easily create multimedia life biographies for myself or my loved ones, utilizing images, music, videos, audio recordings, and text, making them more than just a life storybook.

When I work from two buildings, it can be challenging to use some analytical tools, and I have to remember too many passwords.

Pros

This software is incredibly user-friendly, meeting my needs even though I am not very tech-savvy. It contains a slew of technological characteristics that have proven to be highly effective in the delivery of telehealth services. Furthermore, the ease of use of this software contributed to its overall usability for me.

At the moment, my one unfulfilled goal is the potential for activities to be accompanied by linked images, rather than just in separate photo albums. In other words, while the system's existing capability is adequate in many ways, the ability to integrate photographs directly into the activity stream would be a big improvement, particularly in terms of enhancing the user experience and making the platform more visually appealing.

The calendar option, being able to have a library of all my activities, is very helpful.

Storii Care freezes a lot. Also, when I'm typing a note into messages, when I hit send, it deletes my entire message.

Before learning about StoriiCare, I was using another person-centered platform. When StoriiCare first reached out to me, I was impressed by how advanced the platform was. The onboarding process was easy because I had a dedicated representative to help me and facilitate the process with such ease.

I am looking forward to using StoriiCare for our transportation and helping us with the intake process.

Pros

The company is very responsive, and I get to talk to real people. The chat option is great as well. I find the progress notes and staff sign-in features to be excellent. I also love the HIPAA compliance and the reports.

The nursing functions are very limited. I have to create my own forms instead, and it's been difficult to find the time, and the form builder is not intuitive. I'm looking forward to all the bugs being worked out of the billing system.

I love the customizability and user-friendly nature of Storii! It makes it a cinch for me to organize patient data, chart on medications, and complete Care Plans.

Storii took me some time to get used to, like any new software. Also, its relative newness to the field means many bugs are still being worked out.

The support from the team at Storii has been fantastic, and they are willing to act on user feedback. It's easy to use for front-end users. The StoriiFamily app is fantastic, enabling me to communicate with families and colleagues simultaneously; this feature saves us so much time. I also appreciate the easy access permission levels and customization options.

Improvements to scheduling would be good as the current system doesn't allow for the complexity I currently need.

StoriiCare has been wonderful for me. Creating new clients, keeping track of those clients, and reporting has been great. The team has been wonderfully responsive to emails and quick to set up meetings over Zoom.

It's still a fairly young program and thus is missing some features, but the team does a great job of adding things when requested.

I like the aspect of progress notes and document collection. I also utilize the calendar and use the public calendar to display on an announcement board.

This program was really developed for assisted living situations, but I mostly use it for case management, so there are many features that are not applicable to my programming. I wish I could create my own exports, not just the ones they give me. The calendar does not export to Spanish, which would be helpful.

Pros

There is not one feature I like most about this software. The platform is a gem. But even more than that, the constant improvements and customer service make this a great investment opportunity for any organization that needs a person-centered platform.

That's really hard. There really is not anything that I don't like. The closest thing is an improvement that will eventually be fixed, which is how more comprehensive updates can't be done simultaneously and still must be done individually. However, that's the nature of any type of technology. There are constant "user-oriented" improvements being done in a manner that adds value. It is amazing what StoriiCare does!

There are some features that are not customized, and it would be great if I could make changes for printing (for example). There is information that I don't want to be seen, and it's not possible without deactivating that feature.

The software is designed for me to navigate by selection options rather than looking through many different menus.

The system does not currently have any billing features. All the billing is done manually.

Everyone in my organization has enjoyed this software, even those of us who take a bit more time in adopting new technologies. I think the interface is perfect, very simple and no fuss. I like the importance of photos, for both staff and service users, in this software as a visual cue is extremely helpful in note taking and task assignments.

The ease of using this software is a major plus for me. Being able to manage multiple schedules with one software helps me stay organized.
