Pros

The main dashboard provides a wealth of information, with a particularly useful feature being the display of any rejected electronic EOBs.

Cons

User-friendliness is a major issue with this product. Unnecessary tabs clutter the interface which makes it challenging to locate essential functions. Improvements could be made by aligning terminology with specific tasks, enhancing usability.

Therabill is pretty solid so far

Pros

The system is intuitive and user-friendly. While initially used sporadically, we are now using it consistently with ease. Processes are fluid and easy to remember, except for manual entry errors.

Cons

Initial training is not enough and there might be delays in customer service responses. However, they are generally responsive and willing to assist over the phone. Rectifying manual entry errors can be a multistep process with customer service guidance.

Functional for a small or large private practice

Pros

With just a few clicks, I can submit claims to insurance companies. The system automatically fills out claim boxes correctly, eliminating the need for extensive double-checking.

Cons

Navigating features related to locating bills and payment receipts required guidance during my initial learning phase with the program.

Easy To Use

Pros

The color coding is not only visually appealing but also highly efficient. Therapists appreciate the secure communication through the patient portal. Processing payments, especially credit cards, within the system saves significant time.

Cons

I wish for more customization options for our administrators to tweak layouts and reports, an easier client search function, and a relocation of the "select therapists" tab from the bottom corner. Enhancing user-specific communication between administrators, therapists, and clients is vital. A smoother system for migrating our existing clients would have been appreciated.

Great for solo or small group practice

Pros

Highly intuitive with ample customization options, abundant training videos, accessible customer support and easy learning curve.

Cons

It could offer greater customizability and more robust billing features for larger practices. A more efficient method for tracking disbursements to clinicians, such as an improved payroll feature, is desired.

great simple software to use

Pros

Offers a range of report options, credit card integration and a great dashboard at a fantastic price point.

Cons

The patient portal lacks intake paperwork capabilities. Although clients can be filtered to view only your own, in a group practice, all therapists can access each other's clients.

Cons

Streamlining transitions between sections and addressing scheduler issues are crucial. Checking ICD10 codes for each session before billing, and experiencing lag time post-upgrade are concerns. Integration between sections could be more seamless.

Pros

Therabill needs,to reinvent themselves for better market share

Pros

Appreciate the seamless integration within this software, ensuring all aspects work cohesively to support my practice.

Cons

My iPad was incompatible with the software despite various attempts by our IT personnel to resolve the issue. It led to the realization that either the software or the iPad had to be replaced.

Better than most programs

Pros

The instructional videos are easily accessible online and easy to follow which makes the learning process smooth.

Cons

Understanding the Eval process is challenging, and the program tends to glitch, especially during off-peak hours when needed. Limited customer service availability outside standard business hours and post-acquisition by Web PT, known for pricey services tailored to geriatric PT, with reported rude customer service.
