It does not require users to create clearinghouse accounts, as all claims pass through Therabill's clearinghouse accounts. Additionally, the web-based electronic billing system detects the majority of claim errors before they reach the payer adjudication systems. These errors are returned within a day or two, allowing for prompt correction and resubmission.

The patient portal feature allows patients to conveniently access, view, and pay their bills through a secure platform integrated with credit card processing. Providers can add new patient charts and access and edit existing ones through the portal.
