“Simple and intuitive”
Pros
Therabill is really user-friendly and they also provide helpful tutorials and built-in video guides for assistance. And now posting payments for ERAs has become a so easy for us, cutting down on the time it used to take for manual entries. Overall they have done a great job keeping users on track while using the system.
Cons
What I found most difficult about the Therabill system is how it works as a standalone platform. The separation from my EMR makes things tricky. If a patients insurance details are entered incorrectly into the WebPT EMR and then transferred to Therabill, it gets stuck with the wrong provider. Even if I correct it in both systems, the issue stays. Any glitches with WebPT's system in linking or uploading claims completely halt the billing process. Also it is a hassle to access therapy notes for the biller since I have to log into the EMR for more info. I feel like integrating these systems would make things so much easier.

Pros
The system really easy to use as it is fast and responsive, and it populates all the necessary information with just a single click. Plus the filters really help streamline tasks and the detailed FAQ section answers most of my questions effectively.
Cons
I think more support interaction and training would be really helpful because the application can get pretty complex, especially when customization goes beyond just the basic billing needs.

Therabill software is not only is user friendly but is also affordable and assists us with insurance guideline changes. Plus it offers great customer support.
Cons

Pros
I no longer have trouble finding new insurance information or payor IDs. Posting payments and handling copays has also become pretty easy for me. On top of that, the customer service is excellent as they respond quickly and the chat option is quite easy to use too.
Cons
It is very hard for me to find solutions for error messages when claims are rejected.

“Terrible, Terrible.....”
Pros
Honestly I can't find any positive features in Therabill after switching to a different software. The interface is clunky and lacks logical flow. It fails to communicate with WEBPT as promised resulting in frequent delays and errors.
Cons
I experienced communication errors between WebPT and Therabill when starting a new practice, resulting in billing issues for nearly 3 months. The customer support team was unhelpful and I never spoke to the same person twice that means I have to start from square one with each interaction which is frustrating.

“Avoid using Therabill”
Pros
I have been a customer since 2013 and and I can honestly say that billing is a really simple process for me now. Thanks to Therabill.
Cons
As our practice grew and we added more administrators and therapists, we ran into an issue where we could not change the scheduling colors for 14 therapists. This made it really difficult to manage things. Unfortunately, this problem has only gotten worse since we started using the system back in 2013.

I love how all the information is grouped according to patient demographics. I must say it is a really great feature.
Cons
The setup was so complicated that we could not figure it out on our own. Plus it took two days to hear back from the technical support team, and even then they weren't very helpful. It was a pretty bad experience.

Very User-Friendly and easy to use. The customer support is amazing and very cooperative as they help us all the way to set up the program. I also like that they keep updating the software to make it better and better.
Cons
