Cons

It's perfect for storing all my important client materials. It's really easy to use and keeps everything organized.
Cons
Sometimes, it can be tough to change or delete billing issues and the same goes for insurance. It often takes multiple tries to get it right, which can be issue.

Pros
The ability to quickly take notes and follow prompts is a game changer for me. It also makes writing treatment plans so much easier.
Cons
I don't really like how the client information is set up. It feels kind of cramped and it's not the most user-friendly setup. It's not as professional as I'd like and I have trouble accessing information easily when I need it.

It's super user-friendly, which is amazing when training new users. Plus, they're always improving it!
Cons
The chat feature is a little glitchy at times but when I reach out for support, the team is quick to respond and troubleshoot the issue. Other than that, I don't really have any big complaints about the system.

I love the convenience of being able to do everything online and having everything in one place instead of using paper. The reports section helps me see what I'm missing for clients.
Cons
The changes they made to scheduling haven't been great. It was much better before and now it's not as user-friendly. I don't really like how things have been changed around.

Pros
The tasks are clear and I love how easy it is to navigate the different categories. The design is great too.
Cons
It breaks down often and slows down too much. One feature I absolutely hate is the new one where it copies notes from the last appointment, but it also copies the last appointment's time.

It is awesome, especially in a paper-free environment. I also love how easy it is to work with insurance companies, plus it has all the features I need appointments, forms, reminders, etc.
Cons
Some of the changes they made to streamline scheduling have made it harder instead. I get these error messages that I just have to ignore, which is frustrating because I can't seem to fix it.

My favorite thing is how easy it is to use. It's super user-friendly and navigating the platform is super simple and easy.
Cons
There are some bugs here and there but the team usually responds quickly and fixes them. It's not perfect but at least the support team is on it when something goes wrong.

I really like the platform and the ability to take notes right in the system. It's simple and effective.
Cons
Getting billing, claims, EFTs and ERAs set up is so difficult! It's a huge headache and I've had multiple people try this program only to switch to something else because they couldn't get any of these things set up. I almost gave up on the system myself but I had some help from a billing rep who helped me set everything up.

Pros
Theranest is perfect for my documentation needs. It's easy, simple and really practical.
Cons
I don't like how this program doesn't automatically save my work. If I forget to save notes or assessments and there's an issue with Theranest or my internet connection, everything is lost and I have to start over. It wastes so much of my time and creates extra work for me.

It's easy to use, flexible and the recent updates have made navigation even better. I can quickly access most major screens from anywhere.
Cons
I'm really dissatisfied with how limited the intake process is for new clients. I'd love to see more integrated features, like automated text follow-ups, initial contact scheduling and other features to help with prospective clients.

Navigating from the daily schedule in Theranest is incredibly simple and easy, which makes managing my day so much easier. I can quickly check my appointments, see who's coming in next and even make adjustments on the fly if something changes.
Cons
I enjoyed using the app overall but it could definitely be easier to use. Sometimes it's slow and I run into strange errors that disrupt my work.

Being a first-time volunteer at the counseling center, TheraNest has really simplified my role. The app was not difficult to learn and the layout makes everything simple to find and use. I came in not knowing this program, yet it proved easy to handle and very helpful across all aspects of our counseling center's work, from scheduling and billing to client notes, making day-to-day tasks much less stressful.
Cons
Working late on occasion, mostly on weekends, we hit a system update during which some features weren't available but this only happened once and the improvements made it totally worthwhile.

It is easy to use and consistently dependable. When feedback was given, they adjusted the input box size which has made it much simpler for me to work with my notes, assessments and other written entries.
Cons
The header and fixed elements take up too much space, leaving very little room for my client list. I can only see a few clients at a time, which means I have to scroll constantly

This tool offers convenient scheduling layout, simple saved note templates and smooth insurance integration.
Cons
Id like to see the full day schedule at a glance without scrolling, be able to color-coordinate appointments, chart by clicking the appointment itself from the scheduling view and have a quick link to a task list of unfinished notes. Coming from Titanium EHR, all of this is missing.
