Pros
I really love it. It offers every feature needed to run a thriving private practice successfully. The reporting tools and ACH billing features are exceptional. Customer support is top-notch with a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base, live chat and phone help that make fixing issues quick and painless.
Cons
Not much to complain about. It's frustrating when the system glitches or goes down but those problems are usually fixed pretty quickly.

Works great!!.. It's fast and whenever there's a glitch, the tech team is quick to fix it.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like the software is a bit slow but honestly, that happens with all EHRs. When I say slow, it's really just a tiny delay, like half a second to a second for a page to load. Most of the time, it's super fast though.

It's so easy to get around the website and I love how simple it is to use. Scheduling appointments is basic but effective and I've never had any issues submitting documents or progress notes. Everything runs smoothly.
Cons
The only thing that bothers me is that I can't set a name or date when saving drafts. It would make it much easier to keep track of them.

What I like most is the price. It's cost-effective and you get a very thorough system for what you pay.
Cons
New clients sometimes can't fill out their intake forms on their smartphones. They try but can't fully submit them. I'd also love a template for DAP notes, though the SOAP one works just fine for now.

Appreciate how customizable it is, especially when setting up my practice forms. I can make everything the way I want it and it converts easily into a PDF. Also, the price is really reasonable for an EHR system, especially when starting a private practice.
Cons
The tiered pricing based on client volume seems a little steep and it would be nice if there was a cap. Also, when I use group notes for couples counseling, I wish I could choose my own custom-designed note instead of the default one.

What stands out to me most is the simplicity and functionality of TheraNest. They really listen to feedback and make improvements based on what users need. Plus, the chat feature to contact support is super efficient.
Cons
I wish there were more multiple-choice options when filling out MSEs or progress notes. Also, I'd love the ability to print a progress note without automatically including the treatment plan. It'd be helpful to redact certain info before printing and I'd really like the note icon on the calendar to change color when I sign it.

It's simple to use. Billing is easy, I can create forms I need, upload documents to the client file and both the agenda and calendar views are super helpful. Plus, the notes are written out in a narrative style, not drop-down menus.
Cons
There's no way to communicate directly with clients in the system or send them documents to review unless it's a pre-created standard form.

Cons
When I need support, the chat feature doesn't work. I have to leave my info and wait for an email response. I also can't use the ERA auto-post function because it doesn't work with my payer and I can't use the 270/275 function either.
