Quick scheduling and fantastic support

Pros

My overall experience has been good as the software is user-friendly and offers organized scheduling options. It has made data portability a very easy task for our team. The customer support is also very amazing.

Cons

I have faced occasional system outages which can slow down the workflow.

Excellent and reliable system

Pros

What I like is that billing can now be handled directly within Thera's system, whereas previously, we had to rely on a separate program for this task. The reports are truly exceptional, and the user interface is among the best I have come across in a long time. Plus, the TheraOffice Support Team offers the best customer service I have encountered from any company recently!

Cons

There are a few annoying and frustrating issues, such as the absence of commas in money amounts. Also, a patient cannot be placed in more than one queue at a time. When adding a new appointment to the schedule, I think it would be helpful if an autofill option were available to automatically enter the patient's data.
