“Great front end product lacks a little on the back end.
Pros
It serves as a comprehensive program from start to finish eliminating the need for additional software. Even beginners find minimal intensive training necessary.
Cons
The support is severely lacking with extended hold times; frequently technicians are unable to resolve issues. Additionally the cloud version does not live up to its expectations.

“customer service quite poor.
Pros
The layout is reasonably good.
Cons
Despite only occasionally using specific software features we are obligated to pay the full support fee or opt to discontinue support for that component. Should we decide to resume usage in the future repurchasing the component is necessary even though we've already paid the complete purchase price. This fee structure is unappealing to practices with lower volumes.

“Empty promises horrible support and software that is a decade outdated.
Pros
Despite using Nextech for over two years a fully developed EMR remains elusive. Following four days of EMR implementation and paid support promises to fix the system have consistently fallen through. The last on-site visit from Nextech's implementation team focused on cosmetic aspects with the implementation specialist admitting their priority was addressing the system's appearance.
Cons
The system is outdated and isn't receiving updates.

Pros
Despite a decade-plus use of NexTech the exorbitant cost and unfulfilled promises particularly regarding online scheduling remain significant concerns. The system's lack of compatibility with other software further compounds the challenges.

It caters to practices of all sizes proving particularly beneficial for smaller and medium-sized practices looking to grow rapidly. The reporting function is especially praised for its key role in facilitating informed decisions.

“Nextech
Pros
Initial costs were managed with a no-interest loan but the intricate details obscured the unreasonably high annual maintenance fees. Licensing fees for each station and the fixed $15000 annual fee irrespective of utilization pose significant concerns. Exploring alternative EHS systems is currently under consideration.
Cons
In all regards it's excessively expensive $1300 licensing fees additional equipment purchases and a $15000 annual maintenance fee per doctor.
