I cant think of any cons. TherapyNotes has been instrumental in our growth especially during the teletherapy surge due to COVID.

Unfortunately theres no way to alert when a client has arrived and creating a report showing total visits regardless of note completion isnt possible.

I wish there was more flexibility to customize forms. Currently were limited to using the available forms or uploading a .pdf which can be cumbersome for clients. Additionally since we often work with multiple family members during telehealth sessions it would be helpful to have an option for multiple screens.

Id appreciate more options for customizing forms and having a dropdown menu with symptoms for common diagnoses would be great.

I wish the "amount owed" on the statement would show even if the session hasnt occurred yet. This would prevent patients from receiving incorrect amounts due to the final line not reflecting that days session.

My main request is the ability to have more than one person on a telehealth appointment. Currently we need to use another platform for this which complicates family sessions and removes the option for co-counseling or remote auditing.
