We rely heavily on TherapyNotes and believe its the best product for our needs. The customer service has been exceptional. She guided us through a complex out-of-network situation with confidence and patience earning our appreciation.

I cant think of any cons. TherapyNotes has been instrumental in our growth especially during the teletherapy surge due to COVID.

The web-based accessibility of TherapyNotes allows me to work from anywhere.

Unfortunately theres no way to alert when a client has arrived and creating a report showing total visits regardless of note completion isnt possible.

Whenever I need help I can quickly reach a friendly and professional support team which is invaluable in a fast-paced profession.

I wish there was more flexibility to customize forms. Currently were limited to using the available forms or uploading a .pdf which can be cumbersome for clients. Additionally since we often work with multiple family members during telehealth sessions it would be helpful to have an option for multiple screens.

Id appreciate more options for customizing forms and having a dropdown menu with symptoms for common diagnoses would be great.

There are a few features I wish TherapyNotes had such as the option for the Wiley Treatment Planner.

It would be beneficial to create forms where clients can initial/sign in multiple places. Also having the ability to message through the portal would be useful.

TherapyNotes is quick easy to use and has excellent support which enhances my interaction with patients and simplifies my workflow.

I wish the "amount owed" on the statement would show even if the session hasnt occurred yet. This would prevent patients from receiving incorrect amounts due to the final line not reflecting that days session.

While a few more note-taking shortcuts would be nice overall Im not complaining.

Im delighted that TherapyNotes now includes all the necessary paperwork in its library eliminating the need for manual updates. The customer service team is always friendly and helpful providing assistance whenever needed.

Initially there was an issue with paperwork being web-friendly but now thats resolved I have no complaints about TNs.

Client portals have simplified the onboarding process for new clients benefiting both them and our office.

There are still some documents we need to add ourselves and the new Insurance form doesnt import information into the billing tab.

Over the past five years TherapyNotes has been exceptional for our small to mid-level group practice. The customer support is top-notch providing informed answers promptly.

My main request is the ability to have more than one person on a telehealth appointment. Currently we need to use another platform for this which complicates family sessions and removes the option for co-counseling or remote auditing.

Billing is always challenging but I wish TherapyNotes provided a more user-friendly way to bill multiple insurances and to track billing information more efficiently.

The inability to create customized forms within the system is the only downside. While there are preloaded forms available the lack of an option to create electronic forms is a limitation.
