Having to input a clients date of birth before they can sign in can be cumbersome compared to other platforms like Psychology Today where its not required upfront. This means I often have to contact clients separately for this information adding unnecessary steps.

The scheduling view isnt suitable for our large number of providers we cant view all providers simultaneously. Additionally we need the ability to complete forms on behalf of clients during sessions with options to download forms in PDF and printable formats. Also the ability for two supervisors to sign off on clinical documents when necessary is crucial. Only supervisors or practice admins should be allowed to delete tasks on their to-do lists.

The scheduling view isnt suitable for our large number of providers we cant view all providers simultaneously. Additionally we need the ability to complete forms on behalf of clients during sessions with options to download forms in PDF and printable formats. Also the ability for two supervisors to sign off on clinical documents when necessary is crucial. Only supervisors or practice admins should be allowed to delete tasks on their to-do lists.
