In my two months of using TherapyNotes billing has become significantly easier. I appreciate the one-click billing feature and the ability to decline appointments. However the video function occasionally lags and seems to indicate poor internet connection for both parties. Overall Im satisfied with the platform especially with the constant support provided. Theyve even made some improvements in the short time Ive been using it. The level of support including videos and blogs is commendable. They consistently reach out to offer assistance making me pleased with my decision.

Ive noticed a couple of areas for improvement. Firstly theres no client alert for declined appointments and its easy to miss the message notifying you about it. Secondly setting up billing can be a bit confusing initially but once its set up its smooth sailing. Also theres been a delay in receiving payments which seems to be on the insurance companys end.
