Pros
TherapyNotes provides enough guardrails for compliance automated claim submission and excellent customer support.
Cons
There are some lacking features in supervision such as the display of supervision notes when rejecting a note and a report on filed treatment plans for compliance monitoring. However these are minor issues compared to the benefits TherapyNotes offers.

The customer service at TherapyNotes is professional and responsive making it one of the quickest Ive experienced.
Cons
It would be a considerable help if TherapyNotes offered an insurance reimbursement service to chase payments from insurance companies. Currently I have to outsource this task.

Fillable substance for treatment impalpable, advance notes, treatment plans, etc and it makes charting completion a breeze! I moreover adore the calendar plan and have it on my phone.
Cons
It would be extraordinary on the off chance that admission forms were fillable for the clients. I got to pay a separate expense with Adobe in arrange for clients to be able to complete forms such as HIPPA etc. There is moreover over no app.

They gave me the software at a discount because of my pro-bono work. Their staff also checks up on me to see if I am getting on well with the software!
Cons
The ability to format notes is very constrained. You have to make forms and other documentation yourself; it donest come with the software.

I am so happy that I got to use this tool. It is super easy, it flows smoothly, and it keeps everything organized. If any profession is looking for a software to organize things, I would recommend this one.
Cons
We do face issues while downloading stuff, but I guess this is the case with every software. We did find a solution to our problem.

I love everything about this product. It is easy to use, and the support team is AMAZING. Whenever I have a problem with, I just give them a call and within minutes they solve the problem. They are very helpful. It has been almost two years since I’ve been using this tool and I am more than happy. The insurance payments are also easy to input as well as the patient payments. I would recommend this product to everyone.
Cons
One thing that I would love is if they add patient paperwork to this software as a built-in function which would allow us to attach our own forms and not just basic demographic information.

Cons
