“The advantages of Total ABA’s paperless and real-time data collection”
Pros
Total ABA provides me with very comprehensive clinical oversight. It definitely allows us to run completely paperless and gives me confidence when it comes to audits. I can collect data in real-time, and our clinical staff can review it by the next day for real-time decisions.
Cons
This is definitely not the cheapest program, but from my perspective, it is definitely something that works for a small practice.

Pros
I use less paper and ink to create programs.
Cons
The data representation is inaccurate, and it takes an extremely long time for anything to load. The schedule is difficult for me to view, and I have a hard time customizing programs. In my opinion, I am better off using Excel.

“A great experience with Total ABA”
Pros
I enjoy everything about Total ABA at our company. Although lately, I have noticed it has been very slow at saving appointments and entering data.
Cons
I don't like the new update in scheduling. When I look under an employee's schedule, click on a billable appointment (open occurrence), and back out of it, it automatically only shows that client under that employee instead of the entire schedule.

Pros
I consider the company to be very organized. The training is exceptional. All staff members I've interacted with have been very positive, knowledgeable, and most of all, supportive and accommodating.
Cons
I think there should be some minor tweaks to the payroll report in terms of semi-monthly payroll and reducing the number of clicks it takes to set up pay codes.

Pros
So far, I see the data collection for techs as very easy to learn. The graphs are simple for me to access. I appreciate the program library and the stim library.
Cons
I find the program setup a little tricky to learn. I wish the prompt levels would auto progress when criteria are met.

Pros
For me, the ease of deployment for this system is stellar and comparable to Catalyst, minus the many technical glitches. There are a few customizable presets available as well when setting up a new student's profile.
Cons
ReThink's Achilles' heel, for me, is the limited ability to alter inaccurate data collection after the DOS. Contacting support is also less direct, it takes several tries to get through by phone, and it's less seamless than an active chat feature would be.

Cons
Although I find the app easy to use due to its simple layout, I wish there was a way to see previous data, overall percentages, and graph points to track the client's progress in treatment.

We enjoy working with Total ABA staff and the platform. Also, I find it very easy to use and comprehensive. I appreciate that I can keep taking data offline.
Cons
The glitches are frustrating. It is not always easy for me to reach support, and they are not quick to resolve issues.

I consider the supervisor access decent and the calendar functions are good for booking.
Cons
The program freezes frequently and scheduling system is not strong at all and lacks the ability to integrate with other systems that could be useful for many organizations. Also, the reports are quite poor.

Cons

Pros
The software provides me with a one-stop solution for data collection, notes, and scheduling appointments. I can use one software for my timesheet and also access the resources available, including the RBT training and additional resources.
Cons
For me, cons include the inability to easily access the client's progress. I have to select each program separately to view the graphs. The program also lacks a feature that systematically masters out targets and opens new ones when mastered. Maintenance targets have to be checked or unchecked routinely because the program does not assign them systematically. Overall, if the program had a dashboard that easily viewed the client's progress, including targets progressing and failing, graphs, and the ability to systematically program the targets, it would be more functional.

“How Real-Time graphing and task features enhance my experience?”
Pros
The task feature, along with the visuals and graphing, has been incredibly successful.I really like being able to see the graphs for each behavior in real time and having the option to set the measurement and mastery criteria myself.
Cons
Writing reports felt very inflexible to me. Since I had different funders wanting varying degrees of information, I was stuck creating a report where I had to remove unnecessary parts or add parts in some cases. The length of the resulting reports was not parent-friendly.
