Using it, I could scan barcodes and check tools in and out across different locations right away. It made it simple to track each item's status and exact location accurately so nothing got missed or overlooked.

It's brought a lot of value to our organization by giving us much better visibility into our assets. The billing and purchase order features have also been especially useful.

Right away, the usability has been a big win for us. Managing all of our tools and consumables is a clear step up from the previous software we used. On top of that, the customer service has been phenomenal and the support team has truly been top notch.

Book moved us up a level when it comes to managing consumable inventory and keeping counts accurate. I also appreciate that it lets us schedule and monitor equipment maintenance which removed the need for an additional software tool.
Cons
On the accounting side, the current costing methods still don't produce a truly accurate material inventory value. I've been told an update is on the way to add that capability.

The reporting features are fantastic and I find moving assets around really easy.
Cons
One limitation is that a single asset can't be split across multiple jobs at the same time. Also, every rate sheet has to be updated one by one. It would be much better to have a checkbox list showing all available rate sheets so you could select the ones that need updating at once.

Right from the start, the interface felt user-friendly and simple to navigate and I found it easy to get comfortable with. There's also a large amount of training material available which helped me get up to speed quickly with the back office and warehouse inventory management processes. On top of that, I've found the support from their team far better than what we experienced with other programs we tested.
Cons
Only part that has been a challenge for me has been the billing browser especially when it comes to understanding the dates involved.

Right from the start, this product has been incredibly simple to work with and very user friendly and I've had a great experience using it. I've also attended several online training sessions and I found them both enjoyable and genuinely useful. On top of that, I've experienced outstanding customer service.
Cons
Trickiest part is probably importing a new rate sheet since that feels like the least user-friendly area of the product. That said customer service is always more than willing to walk you through it and help whenever needed.

Trying to use this system has been incredibly frustrating. I can't type notes in a retired tool and it won't let me set an inspection to recur every two or three years. The "certification" recurrence doesn't work properly either. Tools often won't delete unless I try multiple times and reboot a couple of times and even service events refuse to delete. The work order interface is a mess, with the only workaround being to generate a work order from the tool and even that only kind of works. The purchasing/receiving menu under "Lists" is also broken. I set up a 3000-mile PM on a vehicle, created a work order for the last PM, then reset the miles to a number higher than what should trigger PM and still got no service message. The program crashes a lot and one of the worst crashes happened when I was almost done with a large transfer, it locked up my computer and threw a "fatal error" message. I've also had it freeze while editing tasks in the service tab of the tool model. When I edited the condition of a quantity tool, it asked if I wanted to edit all tools in that category. After selecting "yes," it warned that the quantity would reset to zero but then it didn't reset the quantity or update the status. On top of that, once a transfer or work order is processed, there's no way to modify it. The transfer history report doesn't even match what is currently transferred to an employee. Adding cost to a tool is another headache because the price only registers under "replacement value" while "retail" doesn't count as a value at all. Between the major crashes and the fact that it shut down during transfers more than once, this program has been a disaster.
