Pros
Getting around the system is pretty easy. One thing I really appreciate is that it catches duplicate charts. It's also helpful that entries can be deleted before billing, especially since my staff often enter the wrong dates. When it's just a simple mistake, being able to remove it and correct the date without much trouble is a big plus.
Cons
The timeout happens too quickly and really needs improvement. The client portal is also not very simple to navigate. On top of that, about every other week we run into problems with it not opening at all, even after clearing the browser history.
