feasible navigation and helpful support

Pros

Navigation and operation are feasible and online support is outstanding. I appreciated the helper assigned to me, she guided me through integrations step by step, providing documents and boosting my confidence.

Cons

There's definitely room to improve the email templates. I would appreciate having pre-filled, customizable text specifically for purchase orders so I can send them out immediately.

Reasonable price with clear, KPI-focused interface

Pros

For my small business, the price is reasonable and the clean interface highlights KPIs like margins and top customers. It replaced my Excel dashboard, feels slick and responsive and the guided prompts make pricing and distribution operations convenient.

Cons

There was a noticeable learning curve particularly around handling manual journals because the system doesn't automatically post expenses unless you create a purchase order. That said the experience pushed me to pick up some accounting knowledge which turned out to be beneficial, after all, I believe every business owner should understand basic accounting truly.

Mobile/desktop login limits and upload could improve

Pros

Setup was easy and I was able to tailor the system to my business needs. Overall I'm very pleased with the software.

Cons

Can't be signed into both the mobile app and the desktop version at the same time which is inconvenient. I would also have liked to see a simpler, more feasible upload feature.

convenient interface for manufacturing and sales

Pros

The interface is convenient and easy to navigate, with a clean layout and a surprisingly comprehensive set of tools. I feel it includes everything needed for manufacturing and sales workflows.

Cons

One concern I have is that it's cloud-only so if the provider's service goes down there's no option to host locally and keep operating the software during an outage.

Excellent support and logical templates

Pros

Support has been outstanding and consistently helpful. Design templates are arranged logically and the overall functionality flows naturally for me.

Cons

Having only used this for a relatively short period, I still need more experience to discover what could annoy me or become an actual problem. I raised one specific area for improvement and was reassured that the team is already addressing it and up to now they haven't broken any promises they've made.

Cloud setup, great value for small businesses

Pros

Being cloud-based, the setup offers excellent value for money. I find it a professional and worthwhile ERP solution for a small business.

Cons

Connectivity and load speed could be better in my experience and I also notice the invoice template doesn't run very smoothly.

Covers essential and advanced trading features

Pros

All the basic and several advanced features are included making it a good fit for my operations in Taiwan and Europe. For our trading company, it covers everything we need.

Cons

Invoice and credit note templates often give me trouble because they don't function reliably and I believe connection speed would improve if servers were located closer to my region.

Impressive SaaS design over older ERP systems

Pros

The SaaS-based architecture impresses me especially compared to earlier-generation on-prem ERP vendors that miss the mark with cloud-style offerings.

Cons

My main focus right now is validating whether the platform can handle the expected volume and scale as its roadmap develops.

Thorough features with responsive team support

Pros

I've discovered many useful features and thorough functionality. After evaluating other cloud ERP solutions, I found it satisfies my requirements, with excellent support from the team.

Cons

Two reports are especially important for me, open sales orders and open purchase orders and I hope the system will eventually provide them so I can manage inventory more effectively.

Accessible anywhere with great layout

Pros

Being able to use it anywhere, anytime is really convenient. I like the thoughtfully designed interface, great layout and wide range of features.

Cons

Ukrainian localization is something I would really like to see added and I also feel the cost is quite high for individual users while the financial and analytics sections could be expanded.

All-in-one platform for inventory and POS

Pros

It's a great all-in-one platform, feasible to use. I intend to adopt it to manage inventory and point-of-sale operations long-term.

Cons

Selling on both Amazon and eBay means I need stronger marketplace integration and I want all my sales and inventory data synchronized in one central place.

Bundled tools with organized menus

Pros

All necessary components are bundled into a single system, including reports. The feasible interface doesn't distract me and I can quickly locate everything thanks to the well-organized menus.

Cons

A report showing all related images, such as product photos and barcode graphics, would help me verify product identities more easily.

No upfront fees, secure online access

Pros

Being an online solution, I haven't faced costly upfront project fees and I've had no issues with printers, plus there are no problems with unauthorized access like Windows-based systems.

Cons

The color scheme doesn't bother me much but I would appreciate a setting that lets me adjust font sizes for better readability.

Well-made ERP with fast support

Pros

I'm genuinely impressed, this is a very well-made, full-featured ERP that serves more than just small businesses and the support team replies with astonishingly quick response times every time!

Cons

The new 5.0 release feels noticeably more expensive to me and while I understand the effort behind it, the price increase is starting to feel uncomfortable.

Accessible on any device, online convenience

Pros

One of the best things for me is that I can reach it from anywhere, just hop online on my laptop or tablet so I always have access and that's what I love most about it.

Cons

A dedicated mobile phone app would make things easier for me because I could quickly check business performance from my phone.

Fast setup with flexible fields and bulk import

Pros

When I set up my company's database in it, I immediately found it to be much easier and noticeably faster than most commercial ERP packages I've tried. In a matter of minutes I could put together a detailed product catalog, adding almost as many product attributes as we needed without wrestling with complicated screens or lengthy setup steps. I also appreciated being able to import entire datasets from our existing databases, not just product info but also purchase orders, supplier lists, customer records, employee data and many other tables, simply by saving them into an Excel file and uploading. Beyond that, the flexibility to customize data fields, whether by literally translating field labels into my local language or renaming fields so they align with how our teams refer to things, felt incredibly practical. In my experience that combination of speed, bulk import capability and field customization is a brilliant idea I haven't seen in other ERP solutions.

Cons

Handling only a single currency feels limiting in my experience especially since many businesses like mine operate across borders.

Easy import/export, custom notifications, apps

Pros

The app is really easy to use, the import and export functions work flawlessly and I appreciate the custom notifications and excellent customer support. It also has apps for both Android and iOS.

Cons

Even though I like the features, the design feels outdated to me and I would prefer a modern refresh along with more customizable widgets.

Offline access limitation

Pros

Considering its affordability, cloud hosting and ease of use, I genuinely find this product simpler than PeopleSoft to set up and operate.

Cons

Working without internet becomes difficult for me because I can't access the app offline when connectivity drops.

Excellent tutorials and resources

Pros

The tutorials and resources are excellent, they provide very detailed inventory information and walk me through the entire sales cycle from sales orders to picking, packing and payments.

Cons

One thing I wish it offered is images in Sales Quotes, the quotes themselves work well but they don't let me include a picture of the item or at least I haven't figured out how to add one yet.
