Functions are separated by department which I appreciate and navigation feels linear and convenient. I also value the strong level of support offered during this early evaluation stage.
Cons
A few concerns come to mind particularly the reliance on Excel as a primary data source and I'm also unsure how smoothly it will integrate later with QuickBooks, barcode scanners and shipping platforms.

Cons

For me production has become much simpler, I can easily track raw materials, create bills and pack finished products and maintain a very professional appearance throughout. I also notice they keep improving the product.
Cons
Learning the system takes time for me as with most ERPs and I also notice the interface can feel clunky while entering BOMs requires a lot of manual effort.

I find the simplest thing for me is how effortless it is to bring in data I already have. Uploading spreadsheets is fantastic and the option to copy and paste really saves my day. Often I don't need an entire sheet so being able to paste selected rows directly is incredibly convenient and makes my workflow much smoother.
Cons
Template editing feels restrictive to me and I would prefer drag-and-drop controls so I could resize, rearrange and position information blocks more freely.

At my company I really appreciate how flexible the software tools are that we use. I find they offer deep customization, strong control and improved management as we pursue full optimization. Almost every part is adjustable and can be changed on the fly to meet shifting needs. Whenever a modification is required I'm able to integrate it without having to funnel significant budgets into external solutions which keeps things efficient and under our control.
Cons
Rolling out an ERP system isn't something you accomplish in a few days, I've learned it's a complex process that demands constant attention and careful ongoing maintenance. We also have to keep our templates updated to reflect how the ERP collects, analyzes and manages data, otherwise the system won't work as intended. If I let that slip or fail to continuously tune how we leverage the ERP's capabilities, things can quickly spiral out of control before you know it. Regular audits and proactive updates are essential and if you neglect them you'll end up missing insights, creating data inconsistencies and suffering operational chaos that takes far more effort to fix than it would be to maintain properly in the first place.

Cons
