“Nested BOMs simplify complex production”

Pros

Nested BOM structures and support for complex manufacturing scenarios stand out and I find them very useful for my production needs.

Cons

Better documentation would really help me especially if it walked through a real-world deployment example with a clear process flow rather than only sample data.

Pros

I'm impressed by how thoughtfully this tool handles end-to-end manufacturing without overcomplicating things. The modular design and detailed modeling of work operations benefit my company greatly.

Cons

Order-picking could be much more efficient for me if the platform allowed optimization directly against a shelf-location floor plan instead of only generating a packing list.

Pros

The interface is user-friendly and feasible and I think the cost is reasonable. Since I'm new to this, I'll continue monitoring its performance as we go.

Cons

Reaching a real support agent can be difficult and I sometimes wish I could speak directly with someone instead of relying mostly on email replies.

Pros

Functions are separated by department which I appreciate and navigation feels linear and convenient. I also value the strong level of support offered during this early evaluation stage.

Cons

A few concerns come to mind particularly the reliance on Excel as a primary data source and I'm also unsure how smoothly it will integrate later with QuickBooks, barcode scanners and shipping platforms.

Pros

Integration with our e-commerce platform is simple, customer support responds quickly and the POS functionality and vast array of tools make me genuinely excited to continue using this tool.

Cons

An offline mode would be extremely helpful for me during internet outages and I'm also disappointed that warehouses are limited to a single country.

Pros

Even though I'm still getting the hang of it, I can already see it's going to be feasible to operate. I downloaded some sample inventory without any issues. Their customer support responds very quickly.

Cons

So far I haven't found any real negatives though I believe it would be even better if it included a dedicated aircraft-maintenance module tailored for Canada.

Pros

Being cloud-based is something I really appreciate because it gives me flexibility about where I can work and honestly I believe the cloud is the future.

Not being able to adjust certain settings quickly frustrates me because sometimes I need to make immediate changes.

Pros

For me production has become much simpler, I can easily track raw materials, create bills and pack finished products and maintain a very professional appearance throughout. I also notice they keep improving the product.

Cons

Learning the system takes time for me as with most ERPs and I also notice the interface can feel clunky while entering BOMs requires a lot of manual effort.

Pros

I find the simplest thing for me is how effortless it is to bring in data I already have. Uploading spreadsheets is fantastic and the option to copy and paste really saves my day. Often I don't need an entire sheet so being able to paste selected rows directly is incredibly convenient and makes my workflow much smoother.

Cons

Template editing feels restrictive to me and I would prefer drag-and-drop controls so I could resize, rearrange and position information blocks more freely.

Pros

Honestly it's hard to find anything I dislike about this, it's exactly what my company needed, a single app that covers all of our business management needs in one place!

Cons

No complaints, this app is fantastic and I'm eager for our team to start using every single feature to its fullest potential!

Pros

For my company this covers almost everything we require. I do expect we'll keep using an accounting package like QuickBooks yet the good part is I can still bring that data into this system easily.

At the beginning it felt somewhat overwhelming to navigate but it's actually well-structured and doesn't take long to learn, I'm still getting the hang of it myself.

Pros

The academy resources and being able to set up my own invoice is handy and I love that I can get immediate help from the team whenever I have questions.

Cons

Setting up invoices has been a bit tricky for us especially when trying to upload our logo and since we're based in Canada, we're unsure how to configure the taxes we need to charge or where to enter them in the system.

Pros

At my company I really appreciate how flexible the software tools are that we use. I find they offer deep customization, strong control and improved management as we pursue full optimization. Almost every part is adjustable and can be changed on the fly to meet shifting needs. Whenever a modification is required I'm able to integrate it without having to funnel significant budgets into external solutions which keeps things efficient and under our control.

Cons

Rolling out an ERP system isn't something you accomplish in a few days, I've learned it's a complex process that demands constant attention and careful ongoing maintenance. We also have to keep our templates updated to reflect how the ERP collects, analyzes and manages data, otherwise the system won't work as intended. If I let that slip or fail to continuously tune how we leverage the ERP's capabilities, things can quickly spiral out of control before you know it. Regular audits and proactive updates are essential and if you neglect them you'll end up missing insights, creating data inconsistencies and suffering operational chaos that takes far more effort to fix than it would be to maintain properly in the first place.

Pros

I've found that it covers most of the areas an ERP system requires and the price is quite reasonable. In my view it's a good fit compared to other ERP solutions at the same level.

Cons

When using it, I ran into the requirement to dispatch items before I could raise an invoice which is awkward when I need to create pre-orders sometimes.

Honestly this is the best software I've ever downloaded, the integration is incredible and I want to stay in the loop about any future updates they release.

However I really like this software after using it but I'm still worried about the current pricing since we come from a developing country and the cost feels high for us.

The platform is incredibly feasible to set up and navigate, offering a unified workflow from capturing customer leads through to purchase order handling. I really like the BOM hierarchy because it helps me track several of our more complex products.

Customization options feel pretty restricted for us. Since the software is primarily geared toward manufacturing, I wish there were a few small configurable settings we could change to align the system more closely with our business processes.

Pros

Running my business feels much more efficient with this system, allowing me to keep inventory minimal. I don't have to stock large quantities since I can move products quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Setting it up was a total nightmare for me although I suppose that was to be expected, the support team ended up being really helpful. In the end, I found it simpler to use than most other platforms that handle the same functions.

App functionality impresses me and it serves small and medium businesses very well. The developers keep it updated promptly and consistently.

Cons

There's no Ukrainian localization available which bothered me, I was hoping they'd add a language pack and also adapt the software specifically for our country.

Visibility, notifications and ease of use stand out and I really like the modern interface. The product label option is excellent and the QR feature feels unique to this ERP.

I couldn't get the emailing to work for me, the setup was complicated and the plan doesn't offer an annual option like other competitive ERPs do
