Low-cost for growth

Pros

As a small company looking to grow, I really value that it's low-cost, at this stage we need an affordable system to keep advancing our development.

Cons

There aren't enough options to add custom fields on various pages, for example, I wanted to insert a field that doesn't exist on the customer page but the system won't allow it.

Difficult setup and imports

Pros

The app offers many features that help me keep our warehouse operations running reliably and smoothly.

Cons

For me adapting to the system was difficult and features like Excel and Google Drive imports often failed.

Sales and manufacturing efficiency

Pros

I use the sales module as a makeshift CRM and I appreciate how easy it is to look up sales records after shipments go out. The sales reports let me filter various sales data which makes analyzing trends feasible. The manufacturing side is impressively great, once I set up assemblies it can automatically deduct raw materials making shop-floor management much simpler. it has saved me a lot of time so I recommend it for small to medium-sized businesses.

Cons

As our online orders increase, I find it frustrating that there's no API or Excel order-upload feature. When the number of orders climbs, we need to batch-import customer and order details and without an easy import option that process eats up a lot of time. For merchants doing web sales, having APIs to link their own sites would make operations much more convenient.

Spanish-language support

Pros

Spanish-language support is available whenever I need it.

Cons

From a single dashboard I can view the company's financial behavior at a glance, it tracks every movement, allows me to export periodic company summaries and keeps all our information centralized online.

Integrated accounting workflow

Pros

processes are completely integrated with accounting making implementation simple and easy to use. The platform gets regular updates and I feel confident in my knowledge of the tool.

Cons

It would be great to have dedicated test environments for every client, I also want stronger multi-currency capabilities and built-in accounting budget features to manage finances better.

Dynamic interface with learning curve

Pros

Interface feels very dynamic and setup wasn't overly complicated though I did need to learn and understand some specific terminology used by the developers.

Cons

Although they provide video tutorials, I noticed they cover each task individually rather than walking me through the steps in the order required to accomplish end-to-end workflows.

Comprehensive ERP coverage

Pros

It covers all ERP activities and has a dashboard that's easy to understand, it even automatically calculates costs and handles them for me.

Cons

When I tried to switch from working in Excel, I wanted to use this instead but it's noticeably slower and the data rules feel too limited, for example, I couldn't rename a column.

Clean and organized interface

Pros

The interface looks clean and well organized, bringing everything I was searching for into one app so using it couldn't have been any simpler.

Cons

The price feels a bit steep to me. There's nothing else quite like this available on the market but I would appreciate a longer trial period to be sure before committing.

convenient daily operations

Pros

For my shop, the clean design and convenient layout make daily operations really simple and I find it an excellent overall solution.

Cons

Considering what it delivers, the price feels a bit high even though the program itself is very good. I actually came across alternatives that handled most, if not all, of the same tasks for about half the cost and some even offered a downloadable desktop version bundled in.

All-in-one app solution

Pros

What I appreciate is having everything bundled into a single app, it replaces many other programs I used before. I'll continue testing the software over the next few days to evaluate whether it's suitable for deployment.

Cons

It doesn't support Arabic particularly for receipts which is a mandatory government requirement. I'll keep using the program for a few more days to determine whether it can be deployed.

Unfinished features and issues

Pros

It took me only about an hour to get the hang of how the software operates. That makes it much easier for me to onboard new staff quickly compared with heavy-duty systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Cons

There's still a lot left unfinished with the system. For starters, the address fields in various forms don't adhere to US address conventions, I actually reported a concrete example via the chat room. It also seems like the developers are tweaking things almost every day, in my opinion they should freeze a release at some point and then issue a new revision later containing congreatated, well-tested updates rather than changing things continuously. Another tough point is the lack of flexible templates for quotations and invoicing. I couldn't find a quotation template that allows me to present tiered pricing to a customer, the template I tried simply adds those tiers together and displays a single summed amount at the bottom which is misleading and doesn't meet my needs. These issues make the product feel unfinished and sometimes frustrating to use.

Simple software experience

Pros

I really appreciate how simple the software is, I enjoy the settings feature, reporting, the dashboard and inventory management.

Cons

Unfortunately, I couldn't get all the features translated into French, only parts of the interface were translated, not the entire functionality, can you help with that?

Automation and cloud security

Pros

The automation coupled with cloud storage really improved data security and overall safety. It's an excellent system overall and I could complete the sales invoice in just a fraction of the time I used to spend on the legacy platform.

Clean design and affordable

Pros

As a user, I really like the clean UI design and appreciate that the pricing is reasonable and affordable.

Cons

After using it for a while, I still can't figure out how to scan UPS tracking codes and there's no option for me to upload our order file, we're a B2C company handling more than 200 orders every day so manually entering each one isn't feasible.

Efficient with strong support

Pros

For the price, I'm really impressed with this software, it's efficient, easy to customize and the customer support has been fantastic and always available. On top of that, the shipper integration really made operations easier for my company.

Cons

To date, I haven't been able to find any drawbacks.
