“User-friendly daily tasks

For everyday tasks, I honestly find the software really user-friendly and simple to use.

Cons

I haven't been able to locate any search or 'find' functionality for Fixed Assets and Depreciation within the application.

Across all my tasks I've found this program incredibly simple to operate and I also appreciate how helpful the support team has been whenever I needed assistance.

Honestly there's not much I dislike about this program, it meets my needs and rarely causes any frustration in daily use.

With all modules being feasible and comprehensive, I find them easy to use and the support team is top-notch.

Watching the data sync across devices I'm impressed at how smoothly the synchronization works.

Honestly I haven't found anything to complain about, data availability is excellent and there's nothing I dislike about the software.

I'm really impressed with the features, the software overall works smoothly and efficiently.

For me the system software is overall good but having too many options makes it confusing.

By keeping everything centralized here I find I don't have to rely on extra programs to run my business.

As a first-time user I did find the interface a bit confusing at the start but after a day or two it all falls into place.

Pros

Since 2019, I've been relying on it's cloud-based customer data system and it's made my work much easier, as a project manager handling exports, I regularly use it to create new quotes and I appreciate the 100 GB of storage it provides.

Cons

Since it's a cloud-only system I don't exactly dislike it but I do get frustrated at times. Working with clients can become stressful when the internet connection is poor because the system depends on being online. That downtime really disrupts business and for that reason I'd love to have an option that isn't cloud-based so I can keep things moving even when connectivity is spotty.

I've experienced limited support availability for companies based in Asia which has been frustrating. There are continuity problems, when our Internet briefly dropped, I was immediately logged out and lost all unsaved work. At times the app simply freezes or gets suspended with no explanation. In my view, it needs much better error handling and clearer messages.

“Excellent UX/UI

Pros

The UX/UI is excellent and I really appreciate how easy it is to use, it cuts down on manual inputs and the modules are well woven together.

Cons

Accounting module feels quite basic but it remains adequate and meets our basic needs.
