I've noticed this app brings together a lot of capabilities that you'd normally have to use multiple separate tools to get, all in one place.

Cons

Technical documentation feels fairly thin and I would benefit from more detailed explanations for advanced usage.

How simple it is to reach out for assistance. There always seem to be available support slots, often on the very same day and the various YouTube tutorials are genuinely useful for my team.

So far I haven't spotted any real downsides. I've been using this for ten months now and from my experience, everything has been running very smoothly.

this tool is one of the simplest to learn and operate. I really like it!!

I find the system very organized and cloud-based and the sales, accounting and reporting tools make it really simple for me to review all the details.

One downside I've run into is the lack of Arabic language support and when trying the demo I wish I could give access to more than one user so we could test it together.

What I appreciate most is the affordable pricing and how easy it is to customize documents to fit our needs.

Documentation/manual is lacking, several features aren't fully explained and I think parts of the guide haven't been updated to match the current product.

The documentation and manual do not fully explain some features, and I think that they have not been updated to match the latest version of the product.

To be honest, I found the BOM page really satisfying, the layout felt clear and easy to navigate which I genuinely appreciated.

Since it's a paid service, I realized I don't get unrestricted free access, instead the free offering limits how much I can use it, based on usage counts rather than a time window.
