I've cut down inventory levels and obsolete stock which has helped boost profitability. Customers can also check warehouse availability and place orders directly, a feature I find very useful.

Their customer support is very quick to respond and answers my questions fast. However, sometimes when I ask them complex or difficult questions, they may not have the answers.
