“Tailored hosted ERP”

Pros

Using this hosted ERP, I really like that it feels like a tailored, custom piece of software rather than a generic cloud product.

Cons

the web interface can be sluggish at times and I'm often left unsure which capabilities are covered under each pricing tier or subscription plan.

“flexible automation and reports”

Pros

Its handy units-of-measure setup lets me handle products using two distinct units of measure at once. On top of that, I enjoy the flexibility offered through customizable fields, the built-in report designer and the intelligent automation feature that aligns repetitive tasks.

Cons

the absence of fixed asset management is noticeable and I feel the Service work orders feature could use deeper functionality and exploration. I can't add much more detail right now since we're still in the trial phase, testing and validating our processes within the system.

“Stable and reliable system”

Pros

Even though I'm only trialing it, I find it stable and reliable. For inventory, it provides more information and flexibility overall.

Cons

Although the layout feels clumsy and far from sleek, I don't mind since the input delivers great results and in my experience it does.

Pros

I love how they deliver everything they promised to us and it also stays true to its price.

Cons

The user interface is somewhat awkward and not very visually appealing. It often has loading screens, which leads to having to redo work, especially on unstable internet connections which disturbed my workflow.

Pros

It is a good hosted ERP that feels like its own custom software and that's something I have rarely seen anywhere else.

Cons

Sometimes, the web interface has some lag, and I cant figure out which features are included at what price or subscription level.

“Impressive capabailities”

Pros

The unit of measure system is very useful, allowing us to manage items in two different units of measure simultaneously. It also has excellent customization options, such as custom fields, a report designer, and a smart automation tool.

Cons

There is no management option for fixed assets, and the service work orders could be explored in more detail. I cannot say much more since we are still in the trial period and working on validating our processes in the system.

“A useful software”

Pros

I am only customizing it right now, but it feels stable and reliable, which is very important to me. For inventory management, it provides more information and flexibility than many similar products of its size.

Cons

Although the layout is a bit clumsy and not very sleek, it does not matter too much because the results I get from the input work very well.

Integration with Xero was easy and simple and I found it very feasible.

Pros

I really value it's all-in-one capabilities, it provides a broad set of features like inventory control, sales and purchasing modules, production management and financial tools, bringing many different business functions together on a single platform.

Cons

although this application does provide options to customize, I often hit limitations regarding how far I can tailor specific areas of the software to match my particular business workflows and requirements which can be frustrating when trying to fit unique processes.

“Comprehensive features at low cost”

Pros

Access to every feature and functionality I require is available and I find the cost is the most reasonable given just how much this software covers.

Cons

The training videos actually contain useful information but I struggle to sit through them because the audio quality fluctuates a lot between videos and sounds overly robotic.

I find the comprehensive functionality of ERPAG to be quite impressive. Having all of these capabilities combined into one platform makes it easy for me to handle different aspects of my business operations efficiently. This integration truly enhances my overall experience with the software.

Although ERPAG provides customization options, I have noticed some limitations in how much I can adjust certain aspects of the software to fit my specific business processes or requirements.

It includes all the features and functions I need. The price is the best I have seen considering the software's scope.

The training videos are informative, but I find them difficult to watch. The sound quality varies from video to video, making them feel a bit too robotic.

I really like how convenient it is, the affordable cost and the customer support which I find fantastic.

We do find a few small limitations when building reports but none of them are a deal breaker for us.

the system is incredibly feasible to use, even someone with little or no background in similar platforms would pick it up quickly. Whenever we run into an issue, I really appreciate that we can message an advisor and get things resolved through chat. When I asked for a change, the team handled it smoothly without making a fuss and deployed it across the board for everyone. It also hooks into our accounting software so we don't have to enter the same data twice.

Honestly nothing major to complain about. I was able to pick up the system fairly quickly and learn to use it without much trouble.

Through the platform's multiple module integrations, I managed to connect all of my operations into a single system.

I do wish there was someone available to walk me through the system in more detail.

Okay so... I value the free trial and how the platform lets me easily link up with teams across other departments.

It took a little effort for me to get familiar with the software at the beginning.

The ease of use, cost, and fantastic customer service are my favorite aspects of this system.

There are a few minor limitations when it comes to building reports, but nothing that would make me stop using the service.

Pros

It is very easy to use, and even someone with little or no experience with similar systems can understand it. When we encounter an issue, it is great to be able to chat with an advisor to resolve it. When we needed changes, they made those changes smoothly and rolled them out for everyone to use. It also integrates with our accounting software, so we do not have to duplicate our efforts.

Cons

I do not have any significant complaints. I have managed to learn how to use the system fairly easily.

Great tool for my team and I've got a ready-made template for the operation that needs very little modification
