“fit for offline operations

Pros

So far I can honestly say this is excellent software for running my business. Since my industry requires tracking many different fields and items and isn't limited to e-commerce platforms, our operations are mostly offline and this solution seems to fit our needs really well up to now.

Cons

As I mentioned here, I'm still a new user but it already seems far more useful than other software I've used.

I had a fantastic hour-long video call where the support team was absolutely amazing. I'm seriously considering this software as a top candidate for our switch!

Cons

Payment integrations seem limited to me and I notice it mainly connects with QuickBooks.

From my perspective, cloud hosting is a far better option for protecting and securing our data.

This has proven to be the best software I've used, super easy to navigate and really affordable.

To be honest, there was nothing about it that I disliked since it worked perfectly for me.

“Transparent system with QuickBooks integration

Pros

This system feels very transparent and I see that it covers every feature I'd expect from a manufacturing program, the QuickBooks integration is a real bonus.

Cons

After only a few minutes of inactivity I was logged out and lost a practice kit I had been setting up because the app doesn't save changes automatically which was frustrating.

“Simple interface and responsive support

Pros

Using the interface is pretty feasible and I've found the support team excellent, they added custom fields when requested and importing from Excel works well.

One limitation I noticed is that warehouse locations can't have more than a single bin/shelf which is restrictive for our setup.

Navigating this tool is simple and I feel it's a perfect fit for my needs.

It's not very compatible with my MacBook and I can't get a copy to work on it.

Learning the app was feasible and I find moving around it very simple.

I feel it's still somewhat USA-centric and could do more to reach out and appeal to a worldwide user community.

The interface is convenient and snappy, with strong support for editing report templates, I am really glad that it provides help like videos and chat that makes tasks easy and XLS import/export runs smoothly.

Cons

Some core CRM features are missing and I am disappointed. There isn't a proper leads, opportunities, quotations workflow or built-in emailings which forces me to rely on extra third-party tools and that feels a bit frustrating. It honestly seems like adding those pieces would be fairly simple for the team to implement.
