“Helpful reporting tools, easy to start

Pros

The reporting tools are very helpful and as an all-in-one program, I needed no training to get started.

Cons

Navigating the software takes a little time to get used to and I'd love to see a larger app integration platform similar to Zapier.

Pros

Nested BOM structures and support for complex manufacturing scenarios stand out and I find them very useful for my production needs.

Cons

Better documentation would really help me especially if it walked through a real-world deployment example with a clear process flow rather than only sample data.

Pros

I'm impressed by how thoughtfully this tool handles end-to-end manufacturing without overcomplicating things. The modular design and detailed modeling of work operations benefit my company greatly.

Cons

Order-picking could be much more efficient for me if the platform allowed optimization directly against a shelf-location floor plan instead of only generating a packing list.

Pros

The interface is user-friendly and feasible and I think the cost is reasonable. Since I'm new to this, I'll continue monitoring its performance as we go.

Reaching a real support agent can be difficult and I sometimes wish I could speak directly with someone instead of relying mostly on email replies.

Functions are separated by department which I appreciate and navigation feels linear and convenient. I also value the strong level of support offered during this early evaluation stage.

Cons

A few concerns come to mind particularly the reliance on Excel as a primary data source and I'm also unsure how smoothly it will integrate later with QuickBooks, barcode scanners and shipping platforms.

Being cloud-based is something I really appreciate because it gives me flexibility about where I can work and honestly I believe the cloud is the future.

For me production has become much simpler, I can easily track raw materials, create bills and pack finished products and maintain a very professional appearance throughout. I also notice they keep improving the product.

Often I don't need an entire sheet so being able to paste selected rows directly is incredibly convenient and makes my workflow much smoother.

Template editing feels restrictive to me and I would prefer drag-and-drop controls so I could resize, rearrange and position information blocks more freely.
