“Covers nearly all business needs in one app

Honestly it's hard to find anything I dislike about this, it's exactly what my company needed, a single app that covers all of our business management needs in one place!

Cons

No complaints, this app is fantastic and I'm eager for our team to start using every single feature to its fullest potential!

“Supports QuickBooks import, almost complete coverage

Pros

For my company this covers almost everything we require. I do expect we'll keep using an accounting package like QuickBooks yet the good part is I can still bring that data into this system easily.

Cons

At the beginning it felt somewhat overwhelming to navigate but it's actually well-structured and doesn't take long to learn, I'm still getting the hang of it myself.

“Academy resources and quick help are handy

Pros

The academy resources and being able to set up my own invoice is handy and I love that I can get immediate help from the team whenever I have questions.

Cons

Setting up invoices has been a bit tricky for us especially when trying to upload our logo and since we're based in Canada, we're unsure how to configure the taxes we need to charge or where to enter them in the system.

Pros

At my company I really appreciate how flexible the software tools are that we use. I find they offer deep customization, strong control and improved management as we pursue full optimization. Almost every part is adjustable and can be changed on the fly to meet shifting needs. Whenever a modification is required I'm able to integrate it without having to funnel significant budgets into external solutions which keeps things efficient and under our control.

Cons

Rolling out an ERP system isn't something you accomplish in a few days, I've learned it's a complex process that demands constant attention and careful ongoing maintenance. We also have to keep our templates updated to reflect how the ERP collects, analyzes and manages data, otherwise the system won't work as intended. If I let that slip or fail to continuously tune how we leverage the ERP's capabilities, things can quickly spiral out of control before you know it. Regular audits and proactive updates are essential and if you neglect them you'll end up missing insights, creating data inconsistencies and suffering operational chaos that takes far more effort to fix than it would be to maintain properly in the first place.

I've found that it covers most of the areas an ERP system requires and the price is quite reasonable. In my view it's a good fit compared to other ERP solutions at the same level.

When using it, I ran into the requirement to dispatch items before I could raise an invoice which is awkward when I need to create pre-orders sometimes.

“Modern interface with strong visibility

Pros

Visibility, notifications and ease of use stand out and I really like the modern interface. The product label option is excellent and the QR feature feels unique to this ERP.

I couldn't get the emailing to work for me, the setup was complicated and the plan doesn't offer an annual option like other competitive ERPs do
