The platform gives warehouse teams full visibility and control over picking, packing, and shipping through barcode scanning on iOS and Android mobile apps. When staff pick items from specific bins, landed costs, including freight, duties, and fees, are calculated per order based on actual values, not averages. Returns are handled automatically, with revenue reversal, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) adjustment, and inventory restoration all recorded without manual journal entries.

Users can create forecasts manually, import plans via CSV, or generate forecasts from historical sales data with configurable growth adjustments. Forecasts can be reviewed, modified at the SKU level, and incorporated into inventory planning activities to support purchasing decisions and reduce the risk of stockouts.

The platform applies ASC 606 and IFRS 15-compliant revenue recognition automatically when orders are shipped from the warehouse. The platform recognizes revenue, updates deferred revenue balances, and adjusts COGS in real time as shipments are completed. Finance teams gain continuous visibility into revenue performance and inventory-related costs without waiting for month-end reconciliation. Every transaction generates a full audit trail with corresponding debit and credit entries from payment capture through settlement, ensuring accurate and traceable financial reporting across operations.

Users can explore sales, inventory, and operational performance through natural language queries, with results supported by structured data and optional integration with external AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
