“flexible wms for complex operations”
Pros
Infios WMS has been a very flexible and customizable system for us. It adapts well to our workflows and helps us run receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping efficiently, even as our operational needs keep changing. It also handles client-specific processes, billing models and value-added services really well which makes it a strong fit for more complex warehouse environments.
Cons
Getting the most out of all that customization does come with a requirement: you really need a capable internal IT development team, or you'll need to depend on certified implementation partners to properly manage and maintain the system.
